Description of the Related Art A conventional architectural board is a flat board having a flat decorative surface, a three-dimensional pattern board in which a three-dimensional pattern is formed by embossing or a mold, and a two-color pattern in which the color is changed between a convex portion and a concave portion of the three-dimensional pattern plate. There are painted boards, etc., which are used as interior and exterior materials.

It only emphasizes the monotonous pattern of repetition, and does not provide a three-dimensional effect especially when viewed from a distance.

By utilizing the viscosity, fluidity, surface tension and the like of the paint, it is possible to obtain a design property along the height difference of the uneven pattern.

The pigment component is smaller than that of a general lacquer paint.

Since the hiding power is lower, a difference in gloss due to the shading of the color and the fine pattern occurs according to the film thickness.

By changing the coating thickness in accordance with the height difference, the excellent coating can exhibit excellent design without monotonous feeling.

The plate may be a base plate or a substrate which has been subjected to ground treatment or painting. However, a material that hinders the fluidity of the dirt paint is not preferred.

Further, by applying air blow or vibration immediately after coating, the fluidity can be further promoted, or a design that cannot be obtained with the above-described coating machine alone can be obtained.

ものとなった。(Example) On a color steel sheet having an uneven pattern as shown in FIG. 1, a paint was applied using a roll coater. The paint used was 51% by weight of the polyester resin, 20% by weight of the pigment component, 10% by weight of the additive, and 19% by weight of the solvent. FIG. 2 shows a part of a section of a building plate obtained by flowing and drying the dirt paint. 1 is a color steel plate and 11 is a coating film. The painted steel plate gradually becomes darker in color from the upper part to the lower part, and similarly, a difference in gloss due to the fine pattern is generated, and even when viewed from a distance, the three-dimensional pattern is formed along the height difference of the uneven pattern. The pattern was clear and the design was excellent.

性の優れたものとなる。According to the architectural plate of the present invention, the flowability of the paint is increased by reducing the pigment component of the paint, and the thickness of the coating gradually increases from the upper part to the lower part of the uneven pattern. Therefore, the color gradually becomes darker in accordance with it, and furthermore, the gloss becomes low due to the fine pattern, and the pattern is clear along the height difference of the concavo-convex pattern, and the design is excellent.
