The raised pattern layer is not seen from the front, but the raised pattern layer is seen obliquely by a contour having a step. A flat pattern layer formed by ordinary gravure printing or the like can be viewed from the front or from any angle. However, since the raised picture layer is colorless and transparent or has the same appearance as the surroundings, it cannot be seen from any angle as long as it is flat like the flat picture layer. However, since the raised pattern layer is a layer that is thickened and raised to such an extent that the layer thickness can be visually recognized, when viewed obliquely, the contour having the step forms the pattern shape formed by the contour of the raised pattern layer. Will be able to see the picture.

(A) shows a decorative material D having a configuration in which a flat pattern layer 1 on a base material B and a raised pattern layer 2 which is colorless and transparent or has the same appearance as the surroundings are formed in a pattern. FIG. 1B is a view similar to FIG.
With respect to the configuration of (A), a base coat layer 3 for representing a base color or the like is formed on one entire surface of a base material B, and a flat pattern layer 1 and a raised pattern layer are formed on the base coat layer 3. 2 shows a decorative material D having a configuration in which No. 2 is formed. Further, FIG.
In contrast to the configuration of (A), after the flat pattern layer 1 is formed on the base material B, a flat transparent resin layer 4 serving as a protective layer for the flat pattern layer is formed on the entire surface. A decorative material D having a configuration in which a raised picture layer 2 is formed on a layer 4 is shown.

ある。[0007] In order to make the raised pattern layer transparent and colorless or to have the same appearance as the surroundings, the raised pattern layer appears to have a continuous appearance inside and outside the stepped outline when viewed from the front. . Such a raised picture layer is usually preferably colorless and transparent because it is easy to form. However, the raised pattern layer may have the same appearance as the surroundings. For example, colored opaque or colored transparent,
If the color tone is the same as the surroundings, the raised pattern layer cannot be distinguished from the surroundings. Also, if the surface texture (matte feeling, glossy feeling) is the same as the surroundings, it cannot be distinguished from the surroundings. That is, the above-mentioned appearance refers to color tone, texture, and the like. Normally, a picture layer functions as a picture layer by changing appearance differences such as color tone difference and texture difference from the surroundings discontinuously inside and outside the contour of the layer. However, the above-mentioned raised picture layer has only a contour element as its picture as a discriminating element from the surroundings. Of course, if it is the same as the surroundings (the same appearance), the color tone and the texture may be included as components for representing the picture, but these are not elements for distinguishing from the surroundings. The embossed pattern layer can have various modes as described above, but the embossed pattern layer which is colorless, transparent and glossy (the periphery is glossy) is easy to form, and is viewed from the front or slightly obliquely. This is a preferred embodiment in that it can be hardly identified.

However, when viewed obliquely, the pattern formed by the contour of the raised picture layer portion can be distinguished by the step on the outer peripheral portion of the raised picture layer. As a result, the decorative material of the present invention enables a novel design expression that has been impossible in the past. For example,
Hidden patterns can be added. In addition, when viewed from an extremely close distance (for example, 5 cm), the step is easily seen even from the front, but there is usually no practical problem since the cosmetic material is used on the premise that it is viewed farther away. . Even when viewed from such a short distance, a change in the appearance of the raised picture layer can be obtained when viewed from the front and obliquely.

The base coat layer is a base treatment layer used for giving a base color and smoothing fine irregularities on the base material surface. The base coat layer may be formed by a conventionally known material and a forming method (a coating method or a printing method). For example, printing methods such as gravure printing, silk screen printing, offset printing, gravure offset printing, roll coating, spray coating,
This is a coating method such as flow coating. The resin used for the base coat layer is not particularly limited, and a resin according to the intended use may be used. For example, if a thermosetting resin such as a polyester resin, an acrylic resin, or an epoxy resin is used, the durability is good. When the base color is given by the base coat layer, the base coat layer can be understood as all solid layers in the flat pattern layer.

The picture layer has such a thickness that the step on the outer periphery of the picture layer cannot be recognized. The flat pattern layer is a pattern layer that can be seen from any angle and gives a base pattern of a decorative material. In addition, as a decorative material, the case where the pattern is only the raised pattern layer without the flat pattern layer can be considered, but the design is poor if there is no pattern that is always visible. The flat pattern layer may be transparent or opaque.
Further, the flat pattern layer may be matte (has fine irregularities and is not smooth) or may be glossy.

層上に形成しても良い。Further, at least a part of the flat pattern layer may overlap with the raised pattern layer. However, in the case of overlapping, usually, it is preferable to form the flat pattern layer under the raised color pattern layer which is colorless and transparent. This is because, when a flat pattern layer is formed by printing, a flat surface before the formation of the raised pattern layer is easier to form than a surface having a height difference due to the raised pattern layer. Further, if the flat pattern layer is formed so as to cover the step portion, even if it is viewed from the front, if the viewing position is slightly shifted, the step portion of the raised pattern layer is easily recognized. In addition, if the appearance of the raised pattern layer is not affected by the flat pattern layer formed on the raised pattern layer so as to cover the step portion of the raised pattern layer, a flat pattern layer is formed on the step portion. It may be formed. If the appearance of the raised picture layer is not obstructed, the flat pattern layer may be formed on the raised pattern layer inside the step of the raised pattern layer (inside the outline of the raised pattern layer). .

But it is good. The binder resin constituting the vehicle of the ink or the coating liquid used for forming the flat pattern layer may be a thermoplastic resin such as an acrylic resin, or a curable resin such as a polyurethane resin. Thermosetting resins such as a series resin, an aminoalkyd resin, and a thermosetting acrylic resin are preferable. In addition, conventionally known coloring agents such as pigments and dyes, and other various additives such as extender pigments are appropriately added to the vehicle as needed.

In the raised picture layer, when viewed obliquely, the pattern can be distinguished by the step of the contour of the layer, but when viewed from the front (of course, it may be slightly off the front), the step becomes extremely difficult to distinguish. Is a picture layer in which the picture by the layer cannot be determined.
The raised pattern layer is, for example, a thick and transparent resin layer. The raised pattern layer may be a colored layer. This is because it is sufficient if there is a difference in color tone between the raised pattern layer portion and the other portions, that is, outside and inside the contour line portion of the raised pattern layer. Also, the texture such as the matte feeling and the glossy feeling may be any as long as there is no difference along the contour line. Therefore,
In addition to forming the raised picture layer as a transparent resin layer having a thickness, the layer can be appropriately selected according to color transparent, colorless opaque, colored opaque, and the like, and the surrounding color tone. However, a raised pattern layer as a colorless and transparent resin layer having a pattern corresponding to the pattern is one of the preferable embodiments in that it does not require color adjustment or the like to match the surrounding color tone and the like and can be easily formed.

It can be formed by printing with. As the binder resin, a thermoplastic resin such as an acrylic resin,
Alternatively, a curable resin such as a polyurethane resin may be used, but a thermosetting resin such as a polyester resin, an aminoalkyd resin, a thermosetting acrylic resin, or a silicone resin is preferable in terms of durability and the like. Since the raised pattern layer is the outermost layer, the raised pattern layer may further include various additives such as a lubricant, a lubricant, an ultraviolet absorber, and a light stabilizer, if necessary. Is also good.

There is no particular limitation as long as it can be printed thickly, but silk screen printing or the like is preferred. Silk screen printing is also convenient when forming a raised pattern layer in a spot-like manner, and compared to gravure printing or gravure offset printing, etc., because plate production is easy and suitable for multi-kind small quantity printing,
The flat pattern layer is printed by gravure printing, gravure offset printing, or the like, so that a decorative material in which only the raised pattern layer is replaced with various patterns can be easily manufactured, and there is an advantage that a low-cost decorative material can be obtained. The formation of the raised pattern layer is not limited to the printing method, and may be hand drawing using a brush or the like. The thickness of the raised picture layer is not particularly limited, but is appropriately set depending on the effect. For example, it is about 5 to 20 μm. The embossed pattern layer can also serve as a surface protective layer of the decorative material, together with a transparent resin layer described later.

For the purpose of imparting a function such as imparting a design feeling of the above, it may be appropriately provided as necessary. Of course, the transparent resin layer is a transparent clear layer. The transparency may be colored and transparent. The transparent resin layer is not particularly limited, and may be provided by a conventionally known material and a forming method according to required physical properties, applications, and the like. The transparent resin layer
It is formed by coating or printing with a resin liquid. As the resin used for the transparent resin layer, a thermoplastic resin such as an acrylic resin or a curable resin such as a polyurethane resin may be used. However, in terms of surface physical properties and durability, a polyester resin, an amino alkyd resin, and a thermosetting resin are used. Thermosetting resins such as hydrophilic acrylic resins and silicone resins are preferred. The resin liquid (ink or coating liquid) may be formed as a solvent-free or solvent-diluted solution by a known forming method such as a printing method such as gravure offset printing and a coating method such as roll coating and curtain flow coating. The thickness may be appropriately determined according to the application, required physical properties, and the like, and is, for example, about 2 to 30 μm. Various additives such as a filler, an extender, a coloring agent, a lubricant, a lubricant, an ultraviolet absorber, and a light stabilizer are appropriately added to the resin liquid as needed. In addition, if the transparent resin layer is provided thinner than the thickness of the raised picture layer so that the height difference of the contour of the raised pattern layer does not obscure the diagonal steps of the contour of the raised pattern layer from being oblique, May be provided. In this case, the transparent resin layer becomes a top coat layer or an overprint layer.
