印刷法によつて施こし透明インキ層5を設け、スクリー
ン印刷法に使用するスクリーンの織目によるインキ層の
凹凸をレベリングさせずに残したまま乾燥させる工程か
らなる化粧板の製造方法である。

ートを行い、透明樹脂塗膜4を設けるが、透明樹脂とし
てはポリエステル系、アクリル系、ウレタン系、塩ビ系
が使用できる。透明塗料には、次工程のスクリーンイン
キとの密着を阻害するようなシリコーン系、ワックス系
の表面滑剤等は添加できないが、これらのものであつて
もりコート性を阻害しない性質のものであれば、一向に
差しつかえない。また、透明塗膜の表面光沢は次に施こ
すスクリーンインキ面との光沢差を出すために鏡面反射
率を少なくとも40%以上、好ましくは60%以上とす
ることが必要である。また、塗装方法としては下地塗装
と同様仕上りの平滑さが要求されるが、この場合塗膜厚
は下地塗装膜2ほどは必要としないのでフローコーター
、スプレーコーターの他、グラビアオフセットコーター
、ロールコーター等も使用できる。次に透明インキ層5
