Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are a flat board having a flat face, a solid pattern board, in which a solid pattern is formed by an emboss and a mold, and a two-color coated board, in which a color is changed by the projecting section and recessed section of the solid pattern board, and they are used as interior finish and external facing materials in conventional building boards but the solid pattern is hardly recognized when the solid pattern board is viewed at a slightly separate distance in the simple solid pattern board, a monotonous impression only of different colors in the projecting section and the recessed section in the two-color coated board is obtained, the pattern of repeated monotonous irregularities is only emphasized and a feeling of solid is not obtained when the two-color coated board is viewed particularly from a separate place.
SOLUTION: An irregular pattern is formed to a part of the face, and the building board having design properties along the height difference of the irregular pattern is obtained by coating the face with shrinkage paints having little pigment components (much resin components) and utilizing the viscosity, fluidity, surface tension or the like of the shrinkage paints.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an architectural plate having an uneven pattern used for the interior and exterior of a building, which is painted so as to emphasize the unevenness, thereby improving the design. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an enhanced building plate. A conventional architectural board is a flat board having a flat decorative surface, a three-dimensional pattern board in which a three-dimensional pattern is formed by embossing or a mold, and the color of the three-dimensional pattern board is changed between a convex portion and a concave portion. There are also two-color painted boards, which are used as interior and exterior materials. However, a mere three-dimensional pattern plate makes it difficult to see the three-dimensional pattern when viewed a little away from the mere three-dimensional pattern plate, and the two-color painted plate has different colors between the convex portions and the concave portions. Only a monotonous impression was obtained, and only the repeated monotonous uneven pattern was emphasized, and a three-dimensional effect was not obtained particularly when viewed from a distance. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The present invention relates to a method of forming a concave and convex pattern on a part of a decorative surface, and applying a fine paint having a small amount of a pigment component (a large amount of a resin component) to the decorative surface. By utilizing the viscosity, fluidity, surface tension and the like of the above, an architectural plate having a design property along the height difference of the uneven pattern is obtained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The paint used in the present invention is a dirt paint. The pigment component is 1 to 30% by weight of the total paint, and the solvent content is 10 to 30% by weight. That is,
The pigment component is smaller than that of a general lacquer paint. [0006] By reducing the pigment component of the paint and increasing the resin component, the fluidity of the paint becomes higher, so that the paint becomes easier to flow in accordance with the height of the uneven pattern. Since the hiding power becomes lower, a difference in gloss due to the density of the color and the fine pattern occurs according to the film thickness. That is, in the uneven pattern, since the coating film thickness gradually increases from the upper side to the lower side of the inclined surface, the color tone becomes darker in accordance with the thickness, and the smaller the coating thickness, the smaller the shrinking pattern or The gloss is close to that of the original paint itself, and the thicker the coating film, the larger the dust pattern becomes and the lower the gloss becomes. Furthermore, the design of the present invention not only depends on the fluidity of the paint, but also can change the viscosity and surface tension of the paint to give a difference in the three-dimensional appearance of the paint film itself. In general, even when an uneven pattern is formed on an architectural plate to which a dirt paint has been applied, a certain three-dimensional effect can be obtained, but a monotonous feeling cannot be denied. By changing the thickness of the coating film according to the height difference, it is possible to exhibit excellent design properties without a monotonous feeling by the coating film. [0010] The architectural plate used in the present invention is a metal plate, a cement plate, a wooden plate or the like, and is not particularly limited. The plate may be a base plate or a substrate which has been subjected to ground treatment or painting.
However, a material that hinders the fluidity of the dirt paint is not preferred. The uneven pattern is not particularly limited. The number of flat portions may be large or small. However, the uneven pattern may be determined in consideration of a change in the coating thickness due to the fluidity of the paint. Good. The coating method used in the present invention includes a curtain flow coater, a spray, a roll coater, and the like. Further, by applying air blow or vibration immediately after the coating, the fluidity can be further promoted, or a design that cannot be obtained by the above-described coating machine alone can be obtained. An embodiment according to the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. (Embodiment) A color steel sheet having a concavo-convex pattern as shown in FIG. 1 was coated with shrinkage paint using a roll coater. The paint used had a resin component of 51 weight percent polyester resin, a pigment component of 20 weight percent, an additive of 10 weight percent, and a solvent of 19 weight percent. FIG. 2 shows a part of the cross section of the building plate obtained by flowing and drying the dirt paint. 1 is a color steel plate and 11 is a coating film. The painted steel plate gradually darkens in color from the upper part to the lower part, and similarly, a difference in gloss due to the fine pattern is generated, and even when viewed from a distance, along the height difference of the uneven pattern, the three-dimensional The pattern was clear and the design was excellent. According to the present invention, the flowability of the paint is increased by reducing the pigment component of the paint, and the thickness of the coating gradually increases from the upper part to the lower part of the uneven pattern. The color gradually becomes darker in accordance with it, and furthermore, the luster is reduced to a low gloss due to the fine pattern. .
