Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are a flat board having a flat face, a solid pattern board, in which a solid pattern is formed by an emboss and a mold, and a two-color coated board or the like, in which a color is changed by the projecting section and recessed section of the solid pattern board and they are used as interior finish and external facing materials in conventional building boards but the solid pattern is hardly recognized when the solid pattern board is viewed at a slightly separate distance in the simple solid pattern board, a monotonous impression only of different colors in the projecting section and the recessed section in the two-color coated board is obtained, the pattern of repeated monotonous irregularities is only emphasized and a feeling of solid is not felt when the two-color coated board is viewed particularly from a separate place.
SOLUTION: An irregular pattern is formed to a part of the face, and the building board having design properties along the height difference of the irregular pattern is obtained by utilizing the fluidity, viscosity, surface tension or the like of metallic paints by coating the face with the metallic paints having little pigment components (much resin components).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an architectural plate used for the interior and exterior of a building, which has an uneven pattern formed thereon, which is painted so as to emphasize the unevenness to enhance the design. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building plate. A conventional architectural board is a flat board having a flat decorative surface, a three-dimensional pattern board in which a three-dimensional pattern is formed by embossing or a mold, and the color of the three-dimensional pattern board is changed between a convex portion and a concave portion. There are also two-color painted boards, which are used as interior and exterior materials. However, a mere three-dimensional pattern plate makes it difficult to see the three-dimensional pattern when viewed a little away from the mere three-dimensional pattern plate, and the two-color painted plate has different colors between the convex portions and the concave portions. Only a monotonous impression was obtained, and only the repeated monotonous pattern of unevenness was emphasized, and a three-dimensional effect was not felt especially when viewed from a distance. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method of forming an uneven pattern on a part of a decorative surface, and applying a metallic paint having a small amount of a pigment component (a large amount of a resin component) to the decorative surface. Utilizing fluidity, viscosity, surface tension, etc. of metallic paint,
An object of the present invention is to obtain an architectural plate having a design property according to a height difference of an uneven pattern. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The paint used in the present invention is a metallic paint. The pigment component including the metallic powder is 1 to 40% by weight of the total paint, and the solvent is 10 to 30% by weight. It is. That is, the pigment component is smaller than that of a general metallic paint. In addition, as a metallic powder, if possible, the use of a metallic powder slightly larger than a general particle size improves the stability of design. [0006] By reducing the pigment component and increasing the resin component of the metallic paint, the fluidity of the metallic paint becomes higher, so that the metallic paint becomes easier to flow in accordance with the level of the uneven pattern, and further, as a coating film. Since the hiding power becomes lower, the difference between the color shading and the metallic feeling clearly occurs according to the film thickness difference. That is, since the thickness of the coating material increases from the upper side to the lower side in the inclined portion of the uneven pattern, the color gradually increases in accordance with the thickness, and the metallic effect also gradually increases. If there is a portion that obstructs the fluidity of the paint on the way, the film thickness becomes thick at that portion, so that the color becomes darker and the metallic effect also increases. Further, the design of the present invention not only depends on the fluidity but also can change the three-dimensional effect by changing the viscosity and the surface tension. In general, a three-dimensional effect can be obtained even when an uneven pattern is formed on an architectural plate coated with a metallic paint. However, this is due to the angle of incidence and the angle of reflection of light on a plane portion or an inclined portion. However, a monotonous feeling cannot be denied by itself. However, a metallic coating film having a changed coating film thickness in accordance with the inclination of the concavo-convex pattern can exhibit more excellent design without a monotonous feeling. [0010] The architectural plate used in the present invention is a metal plate, a cement plate, a wooden plate or the like, and is not particularly limited. The plate may be a base plate or a substrate which has been subjected to ground treatment or painting.
However, a material that hinders the fluidity of the metallic paint is not preferred. There is no particular limitation on the pattern of the uneven pattern. The number of flat portions may be large or small, and the uneven pattern may be determined in consideration of the change in the coating thickness due to the fluidity of the metallic paint. good. The coating method used in the present invention includes a curtain flow coater, a spray, a roll coater, and the like. Further, by applying air blow or vibration immediately after the coating, the fluidity can be further promoted, or a design that cannot be obtained by the above-described coating machine alone can be obtained. Hereinafter, two embodiments according to the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. (Example 1) A metallic paint was applied to a color steel sheet having a concavo-convex pattern as shown in FIG. 1 using a roll coater. The paint used was 57 weight percent acrylic resin, 18 weight percent pigment, including 5 weight percent aluminum powder, 18 weight percent additives, and 19 weight percent solvent, including 5 weight percent aluminum powder. FIG. 2 shows a part of the cross section of the building plate obtained by drying the metallic paint after flowing. 1 is a color steel plate and 11 is a metallic coating film. The painted steel plate gradually becomes darker in color from the upper surface side to the lower surface side of the inclined surface, and the metallic effect is also gradually increased in the same manner. Along with this, the three-dimensional pattern was clear and the design was excellent. (Example 2) The same color steel sheet as in Example 1 was coated with almost the same metallic paint. The difference from Example 1 was that a solvent having a lower volatility temperature was used and the time until drying was extended. This is the point that has been set. The paint flows from the high to low areas of the uneven pattern, especially in the low areas of the concave pattern, and the time required for drying becomes longer, so the aluminum powder floats on the surface and further in the center. It will be in a gathered state, and the periphery will be a design with little aluminum powder. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a portion having a low metallic pattern and a strong metallic feeling with a large amount of aluminum powder, and a slightly upper portion thereof having a weak metallic feeling with a small amount of aluminum powder,
Further, the upper portion was almost the same as that in Example 1, and a complicated and excellent design was obtained not only in the shade of color. According to the production method of the present invention, (1) the flowability of the metallic paint is increased by reducing the pigment component of the metallic paint, and the fluidity of the metallic paint is increased from the upper side to the lower side of the inclined surface of the uneven pattern. As the film thickness gradually increases over time, the color gradually increases in accordance with that, the metallic effect also gradually increases, and the pattern is clear and excellent design along the height difference of the uneven pattern, ( 2) By delaying the drying, in addition to the above-mentioned design properties, a low place has a strong metallic feeling, and a slightly upper part has a weak metallic feeling, and has a complicated and excellent design property. In this case, it is possible to obtain an architectural plate having the features and effects such as the above-described design property due to the difference in height even on the convex surface.
