Claims (4)
- (a) 透明基板と、
(b) 該基板上に設けられた透明導電性材料でできたアノードと、
(c) 該アノード上に設けられた電場発光材料を含有する発光層と、
(d) 該発光層上に設けられた電子輸送層及び該電子輸送層上に設けられた低吸収性極薄電子注入層と、
(e) 該低吸収性極薄電子注入層上に設けられた、半金属、金属、合金又は金属間化合物を含む中間層と、
(f) 該中間層上に設けられた反射性材料層と
を含んで成り、そして
(g) 該中間層の厚さを、該中間層を設けなかった場合の対応デバイスと比較してコントラストが高くなるように選定した
ことを特徴とするコントラストの高い有機発光ダイオードデバイス。 - (a) 透明基板と、
(b) 該基板上に設けられた透明導電性材料でできたアノードと、
(c) 該アノード上に設けられた正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層と、
(d) 該正孔輸送層上に設けられた電場発光材料を含有する発光層と、
(e) 該発光層上に設けられた電子輸送層と、
(f) 該電子輸送層上に設けられた低吸収性極薄電子注入層と、
(g) 該低吸収性極薄電子注入層上に設けられた、半金属、金属、合金又は金属間化合物を含む中間層と、
(h) 該中間層上に設けられた反射性材料層と
を含んで成り、そして
(i) 該中間層の厚さを、該中間層を設けなかった場合の対応デバイスと比較してコントラストが高くなるように選定した
ことを特徴とするコントラストの高い有機発光ダイオードデバイス。 - (a) 透明基板と、
(b) 該基板上に設けられた透明導電性材料でできたアノードと、
(c) 該基板上に設けられた電場発光材料を含有する発光層と、
(d) 該発光層上に設けられた、半金属、金属、合金又は金属間化合物を含む中間層と、
(e) 該中間層上に設けられた反射性材料層と
を含んで成り、そして
(f) 該反射性材料層と該発光層との間に電子注入関係を提供するために十分に移動する電子注入性ドーパントを該反射性材料層にドープし、かつ、該中間層の厚さを、該中間層を設けなかった場合の対応デバイスと比較してコントラストが高くなるように選定した
ことを特徴とするコントラストの高い有機発光ダイオードデバイス。 - (a) 透明基板と、
(b) 該基板上に設けられた透明導電性材料でできたアノードと、
(c) 該アノード上に設けられた正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層と、
(d) 該正孔輸送層上に設けられた電場発光材料を含有する発光層と、
(e) 該発光層上に設けられた電子輸送層と、
(f) 該電子輸送層上に設けられた、半金属、金属、合金又は金属間化合物を含む中間層と、
(g) 該中間層上に設けられた反射性材料層と
を含んで成り、そして
(h) 該反射性材料層と該発光層との間に電子注入関係を提供するために十分に移動する電子注入性ドーパントを該反射性材料層にドープし、かつ、該中間層の厚さを、該中間層を設けなかった場合の対応デバイスと比較してコントラストが高くなるように選定した
ことを特徴とするコントラストの高い有機発光ダイオードデバイス。
