Abstract
延びる平面とともに負の角を囲む、ねじ山を有する要素
が作製される。さらに、特に脊柱の外科診療で用いられ
るように、ロッドへの接続のためのねじまたはフックが
作製される。ロッドが接続されるホルダの内側ねじ山お
よびナットの関連のねじ山は、この発明に従うねじ山を
含む。

分の径方向の相対的な動きに抗し、したがってインプラ
ントのよりしっかりとした固定を保証するのを達成する
と考えられる。EP−A−1 128773から公知の
茎ねじでは、ロッドを収容するヘッドの内側ねじ山が切
込ねじ(negative thread)を有しかつ、それと協働す
るねじが対応して構成される。

ッチは内側ねじ山8とぴったり係合する。したがってね
じ9の中では、開放端7または表面11に面する各々の
フランク26は負の角β2を形成し、これが対応するフ
ランク12と協働する。

に向き、その2つの側の脚5、6は開放端7に向けて延
在する。さらに、第2のボア17の中に、球状ヘッド1
4上に位置されて圧力要素が置かれる。動作において
は、U字型窪みの中にロッド10が挿入される。次に、
ねじ9は、それが圧力要素19およびしたがってヘッド
14に所望の圧力を加えてそれを止めるまで、図2に示
されるのと同様に回されかつねじ止めされる。

ースを有するねじ山、先の尖ったねじ山および先の尖っ
たねじ山ベースならびに平らなねじ山エッジおよび平ら
なねじ山ベースも含まれる。

れた図からわかるように、内側ねじ9および脚5の外側
ねじ山は、以下のように互いに対して寸法決めされる。
縦方向の軸3に一致するねじの中心からねじ9のねじ山
のベース21への半径r1は、対称な軸3と一致する保
持要素の中心軸からそのスパイラル20の先端への半径
r2よりも小さい。縦方向の軸3と一致するねじの中心
からねじ9のスパイラル22の先端への半径r3は、縦
方向の軸3と一致する保持要素の中心軸からその内側ね
じ山のねじ山のベース23への半径r4よりも小さい。
出された脚5、6およびねじ9が荷重なしに係合され、
正のフランク角を有する、ねじのおよび内側ねじ山の協
働するフランク13、24が互いに隣接すると、各々の
場合に互いに面し、負のフランク角を有するフランク1
2、26の間に空隙25ができる。
ここでは、ねじ9はそれに対して十分に深く内向きにね
じ止めされてロッド10を押さえ、それにより、ねじ9
に対して、矢印27で示される抗力を加える。この結
果、図8に見られるように、各々の場合に互いに面する
フランク12、26はこれにより、負のフランク角β2
をなして互いの上に来て、それにより、内側ねじ山のス
パイラル28、29は、図8に示された態様で、図9の
ねじ山のピッチのそれぞれのベース21に向けて内向き
に引張られ、この結果、露出された脚は外向きにではな
く内向きに偏る。
測定値の間の差は、ねじの直径が5から12mmの場
合、ねじ山の外径の約1から5%または0.1から0.

Claims (2)
- 【請求項1】 ロッド(10)への接続のため、シャン
ク(1)と、それに接続された保持要素(2)とを有す
る要素であって、保持要素(2)は、一方端(7)に2
つの脚(5,6)を露出する、ロッド(10)を収容す
るためにU字型の断面を有する窪み(4)と、露出され
た脚(5,6)上の内側ねじ山(8)と、内側ねじ山
(8)と協働するねじ(9)とを有し、ねじは直接的に
または間接的にロッド(10)に作用し、互いに境をな
す2つの部分フランク(12,13)を有する内側ねじ
山(8)上で、露出された端(7)と反対向きの部分フ
ランク(12,26)は、各々の場合にねじ山のベース
(23)を通りかつねじの軸(3)に垂直に延びる平面
とともに負の角β2を囲み、内側ねじ山(8)と協働す
るねじ(9)はこれに一致する外側ねじ山を有し、ねじ
(3)の中心からねじ(9)のねじ山のベース(21)
への半径(r1)は、保持要素の中心軸(3)からその
スパイラル(22)の先端への半径(r2)よりも小さ
く、ねじ(3)の中心からねじ(9)のスパイラル(2
2)の先端への半径(r3)は、保持要素の中心軸
