Active under the name containing the word "green". Further, in order to promote environmental protection, a symbol mark colored in green is used, and such a symbol mark is printed on a product to which environmental protection is applied. However, most conventional green printing inks use phthalocyanine green. Phthalocyanine Green has a chemical structure in which the copper phthalocyanine ring is highly chlorinated, so that it is hardly expected to be biodegradable even when left in the environment. May generate harmful substances. The binder of the printing ink is a synthetic resin such as a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, or an alkyd resin, or a rosin-modified phenol resin, or a modified resin made of a natural material such as nitrocellulose. The resin used is
Almost no biodegradability is observed. On the other hand, biodegradable plastics are degradable against microorganisms and have a lower environmental impact than synthetic resin films. ing. If such a biodegradable plastic film product is certified to be environmentally friendly, the symbol mark may be printed on the surface. However, when a printed biodegradable plastic film product is discarded in soil, the biodegradable plastic film decomposes and disappears, but the printing components are not biodegradable and accumulate in the environment. Had problems.

The shellac of the present invention has a specific gravity of 1.02 to 1.12 and a saponification of 1
85-290, acid value 75-105, iodine value 8.0-1
5.0 is preferred. The ethanol / water mixed solvent of the present invention is not limited as long as the chlorophyllin-based dye and shellac are dissolved, but the mixing ratio is preferably 30 to 70:70 to 30 by weight of ethanol: water. Propylene glycol in the printing ink of the present invention,
Components compatible with shellac, such as glycerin, can be blended. The printing ink of the present invention is preferably adjusted to have a pH of 6.5 to 9 with ammonia, sodium hydroxide or the like in order to improve the solubility of shellac. However, in the course of long-term storage and processing, ammonia evaporates and the resin precipitates, leading to a decrease in PH, which causes a gravure plate jam. To prevent this, a stable ink can be obtained by mixing and dispersing 5 to 25% of calcium carbonate. Each of the components of the printing ink of the present invention contains 3 to 15% by weight of a chlorophyllin dye,
It is preferable to use 0 to 30% by weight, 15 to 70% by weight of a solvent, and 1 to 5% by weight of propylene glycol or glycerin. The biodegradable plastic according to the present invention includes poly (3-hydroxybutanoic acid), poly (3-hydroxybutanoic acid-co-3-hydroxyvaleric acid), polycaprolactone, polybutylene succinate, and poly (butylene succinate). -Co-adipate), polyethylene succinate, polylactic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, starch / polyvinyl alcohol, starch / modified polyvinyl alcohol, and the like. In the present invention, those biodegradable plastics formed into a film of 10 to 30 μm are used.
The printing ink of the present invention is preferably printed on a biodegradable plastic by a gravure method or a flexo method.

Example 1 Sodium copper chlorophyllin 8 parts Ion-exchanged water 35 parts Ethanol 34 parts Shellac 20 parts Propylene glycol 2 parts 25% ammonia water 1 part The above raw materials were mixed and dissolved to obtain a printing ink. When this printing ink was printed on a polybutylene succinate film using a gravure printing machine having a new plate depth of 25 to 35 μm, a printed material having practical peel strength was obtained. Example 2 Sodium iron chlorophyllin 10 parts Deionized water 35 parts Ethanol 32.5 parts Shellac 20 parts Propylene glycol 2 parts Sodium hydroxide 0.5 parts The above ingredients were mixed and dissolved to obtain a printing ink. When this printing ink was printed on a polybutylene succinate-adipate film using a gravure printing machine having a new plate depth of 25 to 35 μm, a printed material having practical peel strength was obtained. Example 3 Sodium copper chlorophyllin 8 parts Ion-exchanged water 29 parts Ethanol 29 parts 25% ammonia water 1 part Propylene glycol 1 part Calcium carbonate 12 parts The above raw materials were mixed, dispersed and dissolved to obtain an ink. When this printing ink was printed on polybutylene succinate with a gravure printing machine having a plate depth of 25 to 35 mm, the ink performance with excellent stability without causing plate jams was confirmed, and printed matter having practical tape peel strength was obtained. Obtained.
