Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. バルブ座部材(2)とバルブ閉成部材(1)とを有する液圧ブレーキシス テム用バルブであって、 ブレーキシステムの少なくとも通常の操作において解放することができず、ブ ロック状態においてバルブ閉成部材(1)を閉成位置に維持するのに適したブロ ック装置(22、22’;30)を有することを特徴とするバルブ。 2. ブロック装置(22、22’;30)は、バルブ閉成部材(1)が最初に 閉成方向へ加圧された場合にブロック状態に適するように構成されていることを 特徴とする請求項1記載のバルブ。 3. ブロック装置は、摩擦係合に基づいてロックするように形成されているこ とを特徴とする請求項2記載のバルブ。 4. ブロック装置は、ロックバー(22、22’)と捕捉部(30)とを持っ た一方向へ作動するラチェットロック機構であることを特徴とする請求項3記載 のバルブ。 5. バルブ閉成部材(1)は、弾性的になじみ易い封止唇状部(20)を有し 、ロックバー(22、22’)と捕捉部(30)とは、バルブ閉成部材(1)の 閉成方向への移動に際し、封止唇状部(20)がほぼ完全に圧縮されると直ぐに ロックバーが捕捉部(30)を係合するように、互いに一致するように形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバルブ。 6. ロックバー(22、22’)はバルブ閉成部材(1)に設けられていて、 捕捉部(30)はバルブ座部材(2)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 5記載のバルブ。 7. ロックバー(22、22’)は、バルブ座部材(2)のバルブ通路(25 )を通って延びているホルダー(21、21’)の自由端部に設けられていて、 捕捉部(30)は、バルブ座部材(2)のバルブ閉成部材(1)から離れた側に 設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6記載のバルブ。 8. 段部(28)がバルブ閉成部材(1)に設けられていて、その中にロック バー(22、22’)が係合されていて、段部(28)とロックバー(22、2 2’)との間にバルブの最初の位置においてクリアランスがあることを特徴とす る請求項7記載のバルブ。 9. 少なくとも2つのロックバー(22、22’)と、少なくとも2つの向き 合った弾性的になじみ易いホルダー(21、21’)とが設けられ、一方のロッ クバー(22、22’)が、協同するホルダー(21、21’)の外側に各嵌合 し、2つのホルダー(21、21’)が互いの方向へ曲げることができるように なっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか1項記載のバルブ。 10. 一次回路と二次回路とを有し、この2つの回路が一次回路に向かって開 成した不可逆バルブ(5)を介して相互に接続されていて、 不可逆バルブ(5)が請求項1ないし9いずれか1項のように構成されている ことを特徴とする車輪のスリップ制御用液圧ブレーキシステム。
