Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.結合性の標的物質を含有する可能性が或る液体サンプル中で、前記標的物質 を検出する検査に使用するための分析装置であって: (a)上面および下面を有する液体不透過性の頂部支持層であって、開口周囲 のリムを形成する頂部支持層と; (b)上面および下面を有し、前記頂部支持層に近接した多孔性反応膜であっ て、該反応膜の上面の一部および前記リムはサンプル収容凹所を形成し、また 該反応膜の上面は水不溶性接着剤により前記頂部支持層の下面にシールされて 両者の間に液体不透過性シールを形成する多孔性反応膜と; (c)上面および下面を有する吸収体であって、その上面は前記反応膜の下面 に隣接し且つこれと液体流通する吸収体とを具備する装置。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって: (d)上面および下面を有し、前記吸収体の下面に隣接する液体不透過性の底 部支持層を更に具備することを特徴とする装置。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記吸収体の上面が前記反応膜の周囲を超えて広がっていることを特徴とす る装置。 4.請求の範囲第2項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記得形態不透過性のシールが、圧縮を伴わずに、前記頂部支持層と前記底 部支持層の間に維持されることを特徴とする装置。 5.請求の範囲第2項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記頂部支持層および前記底部支持層は一緒に嵌合またはシールされないこ とを特徴とする装置。 6.請求の範囲第3項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記反応膜が側壁を有しており、前記頂部支持層、前記反応膜の側壁および 前記吸収体の上面によってエアポケットが形成されていることを特徴とする装 置。 7.請求の範囲第3項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記多孔性反応膜の側壁が約0.2〜1.0mmの高さを有することを特徴とする装 置。 8.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記水不溶性接着剤が感圧接着剤であることを特徴とする装置。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記頂部支持層が可撓性プラスチックからなることを特徴とする装置。 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記頂部支持層の上面に結合された受け部形成部材を更に具備することを特 徴とする装置。 11.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記反応膜がニトロセルロースからなることを特徴とする装置。 12.請求の範囲第11項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記反応膜の下面が、前記ニトロセルロースに密着して結合された少なくと も一つの液体不透過性支持材料からなることを特徴とする装置。 13.請求の範囲第9項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記支持材料が、紙、ガラス繊維およびポリエステルからなる群から選択さ れていることを特徴とする装置。 14.請求の範囲第1項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記反応膜の上面の露出領域が、その上に固定化され且つ前記結合性標的物 質に直接的または間接的に結合できるレセプターを有し、該固定化されたレセ プターは前記上面の露出エリアの限定された領域に濃縮されていることを特徴 とする装置。 15.請求の範囲第14項に記載の分析装置であって、 前記レセプターが抗原または抗体であることを特徴とする装置。
