【請求項5】 前記標識が99m-Tcである、請求項4記載の核酸リガンド。
両方の配列ファミリーからの代表的なクローンは、組織学的オートラジオグラフィーによって、結合に関してクローン12.2と特異的に競合することができた。放射能標識したクローン12.2は、30倍のモル過剰の非標識クローンによる完全な競合を伴う用量依存的な方法において、非標識のクローン12.2(配列番号:242 )、12.13 (配列番号:246 )、12.15 (配列番号:248 )及び12.37 (配列番号:250 )によって、新鮮な凍結切片から競合脱離(compete off)された。しかしながら、300 倍のモル過剰のクローン12.2のスクランブル配列型の添加によるシグナルの減少は存在しなかった。識別できる配列類似性を有さない2 種の配列ファミリーが、標的結合に関して互いに競合できることがわかった点は興味深い
