Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ほぼ同じm・rを有する少なくとも2つの遠心重り(1)が、互いに無関係 にほぼ同じ回転数で互いに平行な軸(2)を中心として逆向きに回転するように 、駆動可能であり、これらの少なくとも2つの遠心重りは充分に剛性的な支持体 (4)に回転可能に支承されており、この支持体は保持部(5a、5b)を介し てブラケット(6)に取り付けられていて、その際支持体はブラケットに対して 相対的に可動であることを特徴とする、方向付けられた振動を発生する装置。 2. 支持体(4)がブラケット(6)に対して、発生させるべき、方向付けられ た振動の方向(9)並びにこの振動方向(9)に対して垂直かつ遠心重り(1) の回転軸(2)に対して垂直な方向に可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1記 載の装置。 3. 発生させるべき振動が、少なくとも2つの遠心重り(1)の回転軸(2)を 通る平面に対して垂直に向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載 の装置。 4. 保持部(5a、5b)が、支持体(4)の運動を、方向付けられた振動(9 )の方向に伝達するための 少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(7)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項 1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 5. 保持部(5a、5b)が、支持体(4)の運動を、振動方向(9)に対して 垂直なかつ遠心重り(1)の回転軸(2)に対して垂直な方向に伝達するための 少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(7)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項 1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 6. ばねエレメント(7)の剛性が支持体(4)の剛性に適合せしめられている ことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記載の装置。 7. 保持部(5a、5b)が、ブラケット(6)に固定された2つの保持ユニッ ト(5a、5b)を有しており、これらの保持ユニットの間に支持体(4)が可 動に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載 の装置。 8. 各保持ユニット(5a、5b)がばねエレメント(7)を有しており、これ らのばねエレメント内に支持体(4)が挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求 項7記載の装置。 9. 遠心重り(1)のためにそれぞれ1つの駆動装置が支持体(4)に配置され ていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 10.遠心重り(1)がそれぞれ半分ずつに分割されていて、これらの半部の間に 駆動モータが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか 1項記載の装置。 11.ブラケット(6)が、その中に方向付けられた振動が導入可能であるところ の構造体の構造部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか 1項記載の装置。 12.構造体が振動器又は振動板であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の装置 。 13.請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置を、振動器における外部振 動機構として、あるいは振動板における振動励起機構として、使用すること。
