Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配合剤: (a)約15乃至約65重量%のポリブチレン重合体; (b)約0.1乃至約3重量%の安定剤;及び 残りの配合剤として、配合剤が全組成物の重量に基づいて100重量%含ま れるように成分: (c)約0乃至約70重量%のポリオレフィン重合体; (d)約0乃至約60重量%の粘着付与樹脂;及び (e)約0乃至約30重量%のワックス から一種以上選択される配合剤のブレンドを含有し、該ポリブチレン重合体の最 小限含量が15重量%であり且つ100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約 11時間耐え、更に100°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限11時間耐え る高剥離及び剪断強度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 2.該粘着付与樹脂が脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、水素 化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂または水素化芳香族/脂肪族炭化水素樹脂から選択される 請求の範囲第1項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 3.該ポリオレフィン重合体がポリ−α−オレフィン共重合体である請求の範 囲第1項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 4.約30重量%までの可塑剤を更に含有する請求の範囲第1項のホットメル ト接着剤組成物。 5.該可塑剤が鉱油及び低分子量ポリブテンより成る群から選択される請求の 範囲第4項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 6.配合剤: (a)約19.9重量%のポリブチレン重合体; (b)約29.9重量%のポリ−α−オレフィン共重合体; (c)約39.8重量%の粘着付与樹脂; (d)約9.5重量%のワックス;及び (e)約0.9重量%の安定剤 を含有し、100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約11時間耐え、更に1 00°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限約11時間耐える高剥離及び剪断強 度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 7.該粘着付与樹脂が脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、水素 化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂または水素化芳香族/脂肪族炭化水素樹脂から選択される 請求の範囲第6項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 8.該ワックスが低分子量ポリエチレン、パラフィンワックス、微晶質ワック ス、合成ワックス及びポリオレフィンワックスより成る群から選択される請求の 範囲第6項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 9.配合剤: (a)約20重量%のポリブチレン単独重合体; (b)約30重量%の粘着付与樹脂; (c)約29重量%のポリオレフィン共重合体; (d)約1重量%の安定剤;及び (e)約20重量%のポリブチレン共重合体 を含有し、100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約11時間耐え、更に1 00°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限約11時間耐える高剥離及び剪断強 度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 10.該ポリブチレン共重合体がポリ(ブチレン/エチレン)共重合体である請 求の範囲第9項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 11.配合剤: (a)約65重量%のポリブチレン共重合体; (b)約19.5重量%のワックス; (c)約15重量%の可塑剤;及び (d)約0.5重量%の安定剤 を含有し、100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約11時間耐え、更に1 00°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限約11時間耐える高剥離及び剪断強 度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 12.該可塑剤が分子量2,000以下のポリブテン可塑剤である請求の範囲第 11項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 13.該ワックスがポリプロピレンワックスである請求の範囲第11項のホット メルト接着剤組成物。 14.該ポリブチレン共重合体がポリ(ブチレン/エチレン)共重合体である請 求の範囲第11項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 15.配合剤: (a)約25重量%のポリブチレン単独重合体及び共重合体のブレンド; (b)約30重量%のポリ−α−オレフィン共重合体; (c)約25重量%の粘着付与樹脂; (d)約19.5重量%のワックス;及び (e)約0.5重量%の安定剤 を含有し、100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約11時間耐え、更に1 00°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限約11時間耐える高剥離及び剪断強 度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 16.該粘着付与樹脂が脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、水素 化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂または水素化芳香族/脂肪族炭化水素樹脂から選択される 請求の範囲第15項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 17.該ポリブチレン単独重合体及び共重合体のブレンドが約12.5重量%の 単独重合体及び約12.5重量%の共重合体である請求の範囲第15項のホット メルト接着剤組成物。 18.配合剤: (a)約50重量%のポリブチレン共重合体; (b)約15重量%の可塑剤; (c)約15重量%の粘着付与樹脂; (d)約19.5重量%のワックス;及び (e)約0.5重量%の安定剤 を含有し、100°Fで500gの剥離方式力に最小限約11時間耐え、更に1 00°Fで1000gの剪断方式力に最小限約11時間耐える高剥離及び剪断強 度ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 19.該粘着付与樹脂が脂肪族炭化水素樹脂、水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、水 素化脂肪族炭化水素樹脂または水素化芳香族/脂肪族炭化水素樹脂から選択され る請求の範囲第18項のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
