Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ベース(3)の上に装着されるハウジング(2)を備え、このハウジン グ(2)は接触ピン(11)を有する接触装置を備えた、アクチュエータおよび センサの少なくとも一方を接続するためのモジュールにおいて、前記ベース(3 )は、接続部(25)に接触し得る丸形ケーブル接続端のプラグカップリング( 8,8’)のための受入れ開口(10)を有し、前記ハウジング(2)から突出 する受け部(7)を備え、前記接続部(25)は接触ピン(11)に係合し得る 接触エレメント(26)を備えていることを特徴とするモジュール。 2. ハウジング(2)から突出する受け部(7)はベース(3)の自由端に 形成され、かつモジュール長手方向(9)に先細に構成され、前記受入れ開口( 10)は前記ベース(3)の平面に対して直交方向に向いていることを特徴とす る請求項1記載のモジュール。 3.ハウジング(2)から突出する受け部(7)は、その先細の自由端に、円 形の受入れ開口(10)に適合する外形を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2 記載のモジュール。 4.接続部(25)は、ベース(3)に組込まれてプラグカップリング(8, 8’)を支持する接触板であり、前記接触エレメント(26)には対応する開口 (28)がベース(3)の接触領域(12)内に形成され、前記接触ピン(11 )は組立状態で前記接触エレメント(26)との接触のために前記開口(28) を通して貫通されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の モジュール。 5. 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュールにおいて、前記接 触エレメント(26)はばねエレメント(26a,26b)であることを特徴と する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 6. 接触エレメント(26)が接触領域(12)内に設けられた受入れ溝( 37)内に位置する導体切片(26c)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし 5のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 7. 前記ベース(3)内に、接触領域(12)をシールするための扁平ガス ケット(32)用の凹所(31)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1な いし6のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 8. 前記ハウジング(2)が前記ベース(3)上に回動可能に保持されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 9. 回動組立方式の保持のための回動手段として、ベース(3)に成形され たフック(14)が設けられ、ハウジング(2)に成形された係止機構(13) が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のモジュール。 10. ベース(3)が接触領域(12)内に、平形ケーブルの端面側接触の ための接触ピン(34)を有する、平形ケーブルの外形に適合する少なくとも1 つの受け溝(33)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか 1項に記載のモジュール。 11.コーディングプラグ(17)およびそれによって支持されたコーディン グソケット(19)を有する機械的コーディング手段が設けられ、この機械的コ ーディング手段は最初の組立時の接続の際に、特にベース(3)内に対応して設 けられた開口(18)内に位置し続けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10の いずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 12. アース板を受けるための凹所(35)を備えていることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
