Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コア層(11;21)および水分感受性ガス・バリヤ材料層(13;23 )を含むラミネートのシート状またはウェブ状パッケージング・ブランク(10 ;20)であって、該パッケージング・ブランクは長手方向縁部を有し、かつ長 手方向縁部を継ぎ合わせて重ね合せ長手方向接合部にすることによって容器また はチューブに変形するためのパッケージング・ブランクにおいて、水分感受性ガ ス・バリヤ層は、2つの耐湿性材料層(14および15;24および25)間に 配され、パッケージング・ブランクの各長手方向縁部沿いの狭い区域(16aお よび16b;27aおよび27b)の外側に位置する、パッケージング・ブラン ク表面の区域にのみ局在することを特徴とするシート状またはウェブ状パッケー ジング・ブランク。 2.パッケージング・ブランクの長手方向縁部(16;27)沿いの狭い区域 の幅が3mmと10mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート状 またはウェブ状パッケージング・ブランク。 3.水分感受性ガス・バリヤ層(13;23)が実質的にポリビニルアルコー ルから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート状またはウェブ状パッケー ジング・ブランク。 4.コア層(11;12)が紙または板紙から成ることを特徴とする請求項1 から3のいずれか一項に記載のシート状またはウェブ状パッケージング・ブラン ク。 5.耐湿性材料層(14,15;24,25)が実質的にポリエチレンから成 ることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシート状またはウェ ブ状パッケージング・ブランク。 6.コア層(11;21)および水分感受性ガス・バリヤ層(13;23)を 含むラミネートからシート状またはウェブ状パッケージング・ブランク(10; 20)を製造する方法であって、該パッケージング・ブランクが長手方向縁部を 有し、かつ長手方向縁部を継ぎ合わせて重ね合せ長手方向接合部にすることによ って容器またはチューブに変形する方法において、水分感受性ガス・バリヤ材料 は、ガス・バリヤ層の各側の第一および第二の耐湿性材料層(14,15;24 ,25)の間の層(13;23)に配され、それによってパッケージング・ブラ ンクの各長手方向縁部沿いの狭い区域(16;27)の外側に位置する、パッケ ージング・ブランク表面の区域にのみ局在することを特徴とするシート状または ウェブ状パッケージング・ブランクを製造する方法。 7.コア層(11;21)および水分感受性ガス・バリヤ層(13;23)を 含むラミネートからシート状またはウェブ状パッケージング・ブランク(10; 20)を製造する方法であって、該パッケージング・ブランクが長手方向縁部を 有し、かつ長手方向縁部を継ぎ合わせて重ね合せ長手方向接合部にすることによ って容器またはチューブに変形するための方法において、水分感受性ガス・バリ ヤ材料は、パッケージング・ブランクの各長手方向縁部沿いの狭い区域(16; 27)の外側に位置する、パッケージング・ブランク表面の区域においてのみ第 一の下側の耐湿性材料層(14;24)に塗布されること、およびラミネートの 表面全体は、水分感受性ガス・バリヤ層を含めて、その後に第二のブランケット 耐湿性材料層(15;25)を塗布されることを特徴とするシート状またはウェ ブ状パッケージング・ブランクを製造する方法。 8.水分感受性ガス・バリヤ材料(13;23)が分散液の形態でコーティン グにより塗布され、その後に乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項 7に記載の方法。 9.第一の段階において、コア層(11;21)と耐湿性材料の最上層(14 ;24)を含む半製品ラミネートの第一の広いウェブに水分感受性ガス・バリヤ 材料が、第一の広いウェブを2つ以上の狭い部分ウェブに分割するための切込ラ イン(44;45)周囲の狭い長手方向区域の外側に位置するウェブ表面の区域 (41,42,43)およびウェブの長手方向縁部沿いの狭い区域(46,47 )にブランケット状に塗布されること、第二の段階において、部分ウェブ状に塗 布されたガス・バリヤ材料を含む、第一の、広いウェブにその後に耐湿性材料層 がブランケット・コートされること、および第三の最後の段階において、積層済 みのウェブが切込みライン(44,45)沿いに切開により分割されることを特 徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。 10.狭い、長手方向区域(16;27)の幅が3mmと10mmの間である ことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージング・ブラン ク(10;20)から製造される包装容器。
