Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 表示機器と共に使用されるように構成された複数方式オーディオ /ビデオ制作システムにおいて、 複数の表示方式の内の一つのオーディオ/ビデオ番組を代表する信号を 受け取る入力手段と、 非同期の番組記録と再生機能を含む大容量映像記録手段と、 オペレータ制御手段と、 前記入力手段と、前記大容量映像記憶手段と、前記制御手段と通信がで き、ユーザーが、 (a) 前記入力手段を通して受け取った番組の表示方式を、中間制作 方式に変換し、 (b) 前記大容量映像記憶手段に関連した非同期の記録や再生機能を 使用して前記入力を手段を通して受け取った番組のフレーム・レー ト変換を実行し、 (c) 前記入力手段を通して受け取った番組とは異なる表示方式ある いは異なるフレーム・レートを持つ番組を出力する、 という操作ができるグラフイックプロセッサーと、 を備えたことを特徴とする前記システム。 2.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおいて 、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、前記入力番組の表示方式にかかわらず、標 準のテレビ方式の番組を出力するように構成されている、前記システム。 3.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおいて 、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、前記入力番組の表示方式にかかわらず、ワ イドスクリーン方式の番組を出力するように構成されている、前記システム。 4.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおいて 、 前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、前記入力番組の表示方式にかかわらず、向上 した解像度の方式の番組を出力するように構成されている、前記システム。 5.請求の範囲4記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記向上した解像度の方式はHDTV方式である、前記システム。 6.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、前記入力番組の表示方式にかかわらず、 映画と互換性のある方式の番組を出力するように構成されている、前記システム 。 7.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、さらに前記入力手段から受け取った番組 に対して、パン操作とスキャン操作を行うように構成されている、前記システム 。 8.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、さらに前記入力手段から受け取った番組 に対して補間操作を行ない、入力表示方式に比較して制作方式に関連するピクセ ル数を拡大するように構成されている、前記システム。 9.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記グラフィックプロセッサーが、さらに前記入力手段から受け取った番組 に対して補間操作を行ない、入力表示方式に比較して制作方式に関連するピクセ ル数を減少するように構成されている、前記システム。 10.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記大容量映像記録手段は、フレーム・レート変換を行うために、少なくと も120分の番組素材を保存するために、十分な容量を持つ、前記システム。 11.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、可搬型メディアの大容量映像記録手段方式を含む、前記システム。 12.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、さらに前記大容量映像記録手段に番組を記録する前に前記番組にデータ圧縮 操作を実行する手段を有する、前記システム。 13.請求の範囲1記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記中間制作方式が毎秒24フレームのフレーム・レートに基づいている、 前記システム。 14.ユーザー入力手段とカラー表示機器とを持つ汎用目的のコンピュータ のプラットフォームの一部をなす複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにお いて、 複数の入力の方式の一つの入力ビデオ番組を受け取る手段と、 高容量ビデオ記録手段と、 前記高容量ビデオ記録手段内に記録して、そしてカラー表示機器上でレ ビューするため、必要ならば、前記入力番組を24毎秒フレーム(fps)の制作方式 に変換する手段と、 前記入力番組から直接に、あるいは前記記録手段に記憶されたものか ら、前記制作方式を以下の一つあるいは二つ以上の出力方式に変換する手段と、 30fpsのNTSC、 25fpsのPAL/SECAM、 25fpsのHDTVN 30fpsのHDTV、そして 24fpsの映画互換ビデオ、 を備えたことを特徴とする前記システム。 15.請求の範囲14記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにおい て、前記出力方式に変換する手段が、さらに前記制作方式に関連するピクセ ル数を拡張するために補間手段を含む、前記システム。 16.請求の範囲14記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにお いて、前記高容量ビデオ記録手段が、必要とするフレーム・レートを持った出力 方式の番組を供給する為に、非同期の番組記録と再生をすることができる能力を 含む、前記システム。 17.請求の範囲14記載の複数方式オーディオ/ビデオ制作システムにお いて、前記非同期番組の記録と再生の能力は、毎秒24フレームの制作方式のフレ ーム速度から、毎秒25フレームの出力のフレーム速度に、フレーム速度を早める ことに用いられる、前記システム。 18.カラーモニターを持つ高性能パーソナルコンピューターにおいて、 ビデオ番組を制作する方法であって、 入力ビデオ番組を受け、 この入力ビデオ番組を、予め決められたフレーム・レートとピクセル の画像の大きさを持つ制作方式に変換し、 フレーム・レート変換を行う為に、非同期で番組を記録し再生できる 大容量ビデオ記録手段を提供し、 前記制作方式とは異なってもよい所望のフレーム・レートとピクセル の画像の大きさを持つ編集されたバージョンの番組を出力するため、前記大容量 ビデオ記録手段を選択的に使用して、前記制作方式のビデオ番組を処理する、 という各段階を有する、前記方法。 19.請求の範囲18の方法において、前記制作方式のピクセルの大きさより 大きいピクセルの大きさを持つ編集された版のビデオ番組を出力するため、前記 制作方式の前記ビデオ番組を補間する段階をさらに含む、前記方法。 20.請求の範囲18の方法において、受け取った前記入力ビデオ番組に関 連して、パン操作とスキャン操作の制御の段階をさらに含む、前記方法。 21.請求の範囲18の方法において、前記大容量ビデオ記録手段は最低120 分の番組素材を保存するために十分な容量を含む、前記方法。 22.請求の範囲18の方法において、さらに可搬型大容量映像記録手段を提 供する段階を含む、前記方法。 23.請求の範囲18の方法において、さらに前記制作方式の前記ビデオ番 組をデータ圧縮する段階を含む、前記方法。 24.請求の範囲18の方法において、前記予め決められたフレーム・レー トは24fpsである、前記方法。 25.請求の範囲17の方法において、前記制作方式の前記ビデオ番組を処 理する段階は、さらに、入力方式に比較して、前記制作方式に関連するピクセル の数を拡大するように、入力を通して受け取った番組の補間操作を行う段階を含 む、前記方法。 26.請求範囲17の方法において、前記制作方式の前記ビデオ番組を処理 する段階は、さらに、入力方式に比較して、前記制作方式に関連するピクセルの 数を減少させるように、入力を通して受け取った番組の補間操作を行う段階を含 む、前記方法。 27.請求範囲17の方法において、前記制作方式の前記ビデオ番組を処理 する段階は、表示番組の視覚の中心部をパンとスキャンする段階を含む、前記方 法。 28.請求範囲17の方法において、前記制作方式の前記ビデオ番組を処 理する段階は、番組の視聴を制限するのに使われる、予め決められた基準を提供 する手段を含む、前記方法。
