Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(I): [式中、R1及びR2は、互いに無関係にH、C1 〜16−アルキル基、C6 〜12− アリール基、C7 〜12−アルカリール基又はC7 〜12−アラルキル基であり、その 際有機基は1つ以上のハロゲン原子、ヒドロキシル基、アシル基又はアセトキシ 基により置換されていてもよい]で示されるビニルホスホン酸化合物の製造方法 において、一般式(II): [式中、R1及びR2は前記に定義したものを表す]の亜燐酸化合物とアセチレ ンとを触媒としてのPd(II)錯体及び/又はPd(0)錯体又は相応するP t錯体の存在下に反応させることを特徴とする、ビニルホスホン酸化合物の製造 方法。 2.R1及びR2が互いに無関係に線状C1 〜16−アルキル基であることを特徴と する、請求項1記載の方法 。 3.反応後にエステル基を分離し、その際ビニルホスホン酸、R1OH及びR2O Hを得ることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。 4.トリアリールホスフィンリガンド又はトリアリールホスフィットリガンドを 有するPd(0)錯体を触媒として使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.錯体がテトラキス−(トリフェニルホスフィン)−パラジウム(0)である ことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。 6.リガンドとしてトリアリールホスフィン、トリアリールホスフィット、アリ ールシアニド及び/又はアルキルシアニドを有するPd(II)錯体を触媒とし て使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.触媒としてPd(C6H5CN)2Cl2,Pd(CH3CN)4(BF4)2及び/又は Pd((C6H5)3P)2Cl2を使用することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。 8.以下の特徴: 不活性溶剤の存在、 圧力1〜20バール、 使用亜燐酸化合物の量に対する、使用触媒量0.01〜10wt%、 方法を連続的に実施 の1つ以上を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載 の方法。
