Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ロートダイナミックポンプであって、 軸、並びにチャンバと液体連通している入口及び出口を有するハウジング、 チャンバ内に受け入れられているインペラを有するロータ、及び 該ロータを回転可能に支持するための静止軸受素子であって、前記静止軸受素 子は半径方向断面において非円形の形状を有する静止軸受素子を含むポンプ。 2. 非円形の形状が円形部分を含む請求項1に記載のポンプ。 3. その形状が半楕円形部分を含む請求項1に記載のポンプ。 4. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びている請求項1に記載のポンプ。 5. その形状が軸受の負荷ゾーン近くの領域で円形部分を含み、負荷ゾーンの 反対側の領域で楕円形部分を含む請求項1に記載のポンプ。 6. さらにロータを駆動させるための磁気駆動素子を含み、ロータ上で予め定 められた半径方向の力を作り出すために、静止軸受素子の軸に対して駆動素子が 半径方向に偏っている請求項1に記載のポンプ。 7. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びており、ロータと静止軸受素子の間の半径 方向隙間が負荷ゾーンにおけるより軸受の負荷ゾーンとは反対側の領域における 方が大きい請求項1に記載のポンプ。 8. ロートダイナミックポンプであって、 軸、並びにチャンバと液体連通している入口及び出口を有するハウジング、 ハウジングに対して選択的回転のためにチャンバ内に受け入れられている軸な しロータ、 駆動素子及びロータと操作可能に接続されている被駆動素子を含むハウジング に対してロータを回転させるための駆動装置、及び ロータを回転可能に支持するための静止軸受素子であって、前記静止軸受素子 は半径方向断面において非円形の形状を有する静止軸受素子を含むポンプ。 9. 非円形の形状が円形部分を含む請求項8に記載のポンプ。 10. その形状が半楕円形部分を含む請求項8に記載のポンプ。 11. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びている請求項8に記載のポンプ。 12. その形状が軸受の負荷ゾーン近くの領域で円形部分を含み、負荷ゾーン の反対側の領域で楕円形部分を含む請求項8に記載のポンプ。 13. さらにロータを駆動させるための磁気駆動素子を含み、ロータ上で予め 定められた半径方向の力を作り出すために、静止軸受素子の軸に対して駆動素子 が半径方向に偏っている請求項8に記載のポンプ。 14. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びており、ロータと静止軸受素子との間の 半径方向隙間が負荷ゾーンにおけるより軸受の負荷ゾーンとは反対側の領域にお ける方が大きい請求項8に記載のポンプ。 15. 下記を含むロートダイナミック血液ポンプであって、 軸、並びにチャンバと液体連通している入口及び出口を有するハウジングであ って、端壁からチャンバ内に向かって軸方向に伸びている静止軸受素子を含んで いるハウジング、 それに対する選択的回転のために静止軸受素子の周囲でチャンバ内に受け入れ られている環状ロータであって、前記ロータは、半径方向に間隔を開けた第1及 び第2流路を規定するために、静止軸受素子及びハウジングから間隔が開けられ ており、前記第1流路が入口と出口の間で伸びていて入口から出口へ流れを推進 するためにロータ上でインペラ羽根セットを含んでいる環状ロータ、 ロータに受け入れられている強磁性組立体並びにハウジング内に据え付けられ ている電動モータステータ及びワインディング組立体を含み、モータステータの 軸がハウジングの軸に対して半径方向に配置されている、ハウジングに対してロ ータを回転させるための駆動装置、及び 静止軸受素子が半径方向断面において非円形の形状を有する、流体軸受を形成 するために狭くなっている第2流路を含むポンプ。 16. 非円形の形状が円形部分を含む請求項15に記載のポンプ。 17. その形状が半楕円形部分を含む請求項15に記載のポンプ。 18. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びている請求項15に記載のポンプ。 19. その形状が軸受の負荷ゾーン近くの領域で円形部分を含み、負荷ゾーン の反対側の領域で楕円形部分を含む請求項15に記載のポンプ。 20. 静止軸受素子がロータ内で伸びており、ロータと静止軸受素子との間の 半径方向隙間が負荷ゾーンにおけるより軸受の負荷ゾーンとは反対側の領域にお ける方が大きい請求項15に記載のポンプ。
