Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ねじり変形を受けるクロスビーム(4)により相互接続され且つほぼ垂直 なばね(6)によりそれぞれ自動車のボディ(C)に接続される2個の長手方向 の対向アーム(1)を含む自動車用のリヤアクスルであって、各サスペンション ばねがC字形の弾性片(6)から構成され、その下端(6a)および上端(6b )が、ばね(6)の中間面に垂直な軸をそれぞれ備えた2個の継手(7、8)で それぞれ直接保持され、一方(7)が結合アーム(1)に、他方(8)がボディ (C)に結合されることを特徴とするリヤアクスル。 2. 各ばね(6)が、自動車のほぼ長手方向の垂直面に延び、この垂直面に対 して傾斜した、結合アーム(1)の後部(1b)がこの垂直面を通ることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載のリヤアクスル。 3. ばね(6)の各端(6a、6b)が、対応する継手(7、8)に配置され た弾性スリーブ(9、10)を部分的に囲むように、C字の外側に向かって湾曲 しており、弾性スリーブは、自動車のボディ(C)が垂直に揺動するときに特に ねじり変形を受けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリヤアクスル。 4. 対応する弾性スリーブ(9;10)を囲み、弾性スリーブ(9、10)の 端部カラー(9a、9b;10a、10b)によりそれ自体が軸方向に保持され る2個のリング(11、16)のそれぞれ2個のフランジ(12、17)により 、ばね(6)の各端(6a、6b)が両側で保持されることを特徴とする請求項 3に記載のリヤアクスル。 5. 自動車のボディ(C)にあるばね(6)の上端(6b)の継手(8)が、 ボディ(C)の長手方向の壁(P)と、長手方向の壁(P)に平行なボディのフ ランジ(F)との間で、固定ボルト(19)により貫通されて固定されるクロス ストラット(entretoise)(18)を含み、クロスストラット(18)の上に弾 性スリーブ(10)が同軸に取り付けられ、固定ボルト(19)が、弾性スリー ブ(10)に軸方向の応力を及ぼして、長手方向の壁(P)と、ボディのフラン ジ(F)と、対応する2個のリング(16)の2個のフランジ(17)との間で 弾性スリーブのカラー(10a、10b)を圧縮することを特徴とする請求項4 に記載のリヤアクスル。 6. 結合アーム(1)にあるばね(6)の下端(7)の継手(6a)は、アー ム(1)の長手方向の直立面(1b1)とワッシャ(15)との間で、固定ボル ト(14)により貫通されて固定されるクロスストラット(13)を含み、対応 する弾性スリーブ(9)がクロスストラット(13)の上に同軸に取り付けられ 、固定ボルト(14)が、弾性スリーブ(9)に軸方向の応力を及ぼして、長手 方向の直立面(1b1)と、ワッシャ(15)と、対応する2個のリング(11 )の2個のフランジ(12)との間で弾性スリーブのカラー(9a、9b)を圧 縮することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のリヤアクスル。 7. 各継手(7、8)の弾性スリーブ(9、10)は、たとえば接着により、 対応するクロスストラット(13;18)と、クロスストラット(13;18) に同心の対応する2個のリング(11;16)とに結合されることを特徴とする 請求項5または6に記載のリヤアクスル。 8. 各ばね(6)が、複合合成材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の いずれか一項に記載のリヤアクスル。
