Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部高圧成型工程(流体形成工程:hydroforming process)を用いて、少な くとも1つの膨出部を有する好適には縦長の中空体、特にカム軸を製造するため の方法であって、前記膨出部(カム)が、個々に、あるいは順次に、好適には材 料を軸方向に供給しつつ成型されるカム軸を製造することを特徴とする方法。 2.成型は、供給工具から最も離れて位置する膨出部の形成によって始められ、 かつ供給工具に向かってステップ式に作業し続けられることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の方法。 3.膨出部が、圧力制御可能、及び/又は行程距離制御可能な複数のパンチの圧 力に抗して、個々に、又はグループ毎に順次に形成されることを特徴とする請求 項1または2記載の方法。 4.製造段階が種々異なる工具範囲で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1また は2記載の方法。 5.膨出部の局所的に達成される形成が、中空体内に導入され、この中空体内で 縦方向運動し、その時点では形成されない膨出部の位置を正に覆う少なくとも1 つの内側心棒によって制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法 。 6.複式壁の中空体形状の半製品が加工されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5 記載の方法。 7.中空体(5)を収納し、かつ、形成される膨出部(6)のための凹部(4) が設けられた複数部の構成を有する工具(1,2)と、 中空体端部に据え込みを行うためにそれぞれの端部に作用すると共に、中空体 内部に圧力媒体を供給するための同軸的な通路(9)とを有する、同軸的であっ て反対向きの2つのダイ(7/8)とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6 までのいずれか1記載の方法を実施するための装置。 8.複数の凹部(4)のうち少なくとも幾つかの凹部内に、中空体縦軸線に対し て直角に作動可能なそれぞれ1つのパンチ(11a,b)を有していることを特 徴とする請求項1から3及び6のいずれか1記載の方法を実施するための請求項 7記載の装置。 9.それぞれ種々異なる若干数の凹部を有する複数の型入れ子(mould nests) を備えている単数または複数の工具を有していることを特徴とする特に請求項1 ,2,4及び6のいずれか1記載の方法を実施するための請求項7記載の装置。 10.二部構成の工具(1,2)が、収容部から収容部まで増大する多くの数の凹 部を備えた複数の成形型キャビティを有していることを特徴とする請求項9記載 の装置。 11.中空体(5)内で縦方向で運動可能であり、それぞれ1つの中空体端部内に 挿入される少なくとも1つの中空の内側心棒(16)を有していることを特徴と する特に請求項1,2,5及び6のいずれか1記載の方法を実施するための請求 項7記載の装置。 12.内側心棒(16)が、中空体(5)内に突入する端部において少なくとも、 中空体の内壁に当接するシール部材(17)を備えていることを特徴とする請求 項11記載の装置。 13.ダイ(7/8)の同軸的な通路(9)は、内側心棒(16)の挿入を許す直 径を有していることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の装置。
