Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.画像に透かしを埋め込む方法が: 或る所定数の最有意画素を識別するステップと; 透かしを或る画素パターンの形態に規定するステップと; 前記最有意画素のうちのかなりの割合の画素を前記透かしパターンの近くに 動かすように前記画像を局所的にワープさせるステップと; を具えていることを特徴とする画像に透かしを埋め込む方法。 2.前記画像をワープさせるワーピングステップが、前記透かしパターンまでの 或る最有意画素の距離が或る予定した閾値よりも短くなるように、該最有意画 素を前記透かしパターンの近くにまで動かすステップを具えていることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記透かしパターン及び前記閾値によって規定される前記透かしパターンの 近辺における画素が、前記画像の全画素のほぼ50%を占めるようにすること を特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記透かしパターンをラインパターンとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 5.前記最有意画素を識別するステップが、互いに接近している有意画素を避け るようにする回避ステップを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方 法。 6.前記回避ステップが、前記画像を連続するブロックに分け、且つこれらの各 ブロック内にて最有意画素を識別するステップを具えていることを特徴とする 請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記所定数の最有意画素を識別する目立つ点の識別機能をエッジ検出フィル タ操作とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記最有意画素を局所的に最大又は局所的に最小の画素とすることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記最有意画素を画像オブジェクトの隅部の画素とすることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 10.画像中の透かしを検出する方法が: 或る所定数の最有意画素を識別するステップと; 透かしのパターンまでの前記最有意画素の距離を決定するステップと; 透かしパターンまでの前記最有意画素の平均距離が、透かしパターンまでの 全画素の平均距離よりもかなり短い場合に、予定した前記透かしが疑わしい画 像に埋め込まれている旨を示す検出信号を発生するステップと; を具えていることを特徴とする画像中の透かしを検出する方法。 11.前記透かしのパターンまでの前記最有意画素の距離を決定するステップが、 或る予定した閾値よりも短い距離を有する最有意画素の個数を決定するステッ プを具え;且つ 前記閾値よりも短い距離を有する前記最有意画素の個数が、かなり高い割合 の最有意画素の個数となる場合に前記検出信号を発生させることを特徴とする 請求項10に記載の方法。 12.画像に透かしを埋め込む装置が: 或る所定数の最有意画素を識別する手段と; 透かしを画素パターンの形態に規定する手段と; 前記最有意画素のうちのかなりの割合の画素を前記透かしパターンの近くに まで動かすように前記画像を局所的にワープする手段と; を具えていることを特徴とする画像に透かしを埋め込む装置。 13.画像中の透かしを検出する装置が: 或る所定数の最有意画素を識別する手段と; 透かしのパターンまでの前記最有意画素の距離を決定する手段と; 透かしパターンまでの前記最有意画素の平均距離が、透かしパターンまでの 全画素の平均距離よりもかなり短い場合に、予定した前記透かしが疑わしい画 像中に埋め込まれている旨を示す検出信号を発生する手段と; を具えていることを特徴とする画像中の透かしを検出する装置。 14.前記透かしのパターンまでの前記最有意画素の距離を決定する手段が: 或る予定した閾値よりも短い距離を有する最有意画素の個数を決定する手段 を具え、;且つ 前記閾値よりも短い距離を有する前記最有意画素の個数が、かなり高い割合 の最有意画素の個数となる場合に前記検出信号を発生するようにしたことを特 徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 15.或る予定した画素パターンの形態で埋め込まれた透かしを有する画像を表わ す画像信号であって、透かしパターンまでの或る所定数の最有意画素の平均距 離が、透かしパターンまでの全ての画素の平均距離よりもかなり短くなるよう にしたことを特徴とする画像信号。 16.透かしパターンまでの距離が或る予定した閾値よりも短い最有意画素の個数 が、最有意画素の個数のかなり高い割合を占めるようにしたことを特徴とする 請求項15に記載の画像信号。
