Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.イオノマーを製造する方法であって、酸部分を有するコポリマー又はタ ーポリマーの溶融物と該酸部分を中和するのに十分な量の金属又は4級アンモニ ウム含有塩基とのブレンド物を形成すること及び該ブレンド物を高剪断混合に付 して該ブレンド物に約5.9×105〜約2.1×107ジュール/Kgの混合作業 量を約60〜約480分間かけて提供することを含む方法。 2.コポリマーが、オレフィン、ロジン、変性ロジン、エーテル、エステル 、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン、ブタジエン、ビニール、スチレン、カーボネート及 びそれらのブレンド物からなる群から選択される1又はそれを越えるモノマーを 含む、請求項1の方法。 3.コポリマーがポリエチレン含有コポリマーである、請求項1の方法。 4.コポリマーがカルボン酸含有コポリマーである、請求項1の方法。 5.コポリマーが、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、エタクリル酸、イタコン酸 、クロトン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、スルホン酸類及びリン酸類、酸ハロゲン 化物、アミド及びエステルからなる群から選択される1又はそれを越える成分を 含む、請求項1の方法。 6.コポリマーがエチレン−アクリル酸コポリマーである、請求項1の方法 。 7.コポリマーが、第I、II族及び遷移元素の酸化物、水酸化物、酢酸塩、 メトキシド、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、炭酸塩及び重炭酸塩からなる群から選択され る少なくとも1の塩基により中和される、請求項1の方法。 8.コポリマー又はターポリマーと塩基との間の反応を加速するのに十分な 水を溶融ブレンド物に添加することを更に含む、請求項1の方法。 9.中和が、塩基とプロトン化酸の予め形成された水性スラリーにより行わ れる、請求項1の方法。 10.請求項1の方法により製造されるイオノマー。
