Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)航空宇宙航行体を運搬し且つ放出する手段を有するように修正されたタ ーボファン型航空機と、 b)航空宇宙航行体と、を有し、該航空宇宙航行体は、 i)前部と複数のドアを供えたカーゴベイを有する中間部と後部とを供えた機 体と、 ii)各々主翼の先端部を確定し上記航空宇宙航行体の高速度での急上昇の操縦 及び方向変換を可能にする制御手段を有する上記機体に装着された1対の主翼と 、端部に垂直に装着された方向舵を有する尾翼と、 iii)各々エンジン室に搭載された2つの噴射ラムジェットエンジンであって 、上記主翼によって確定された平面の下に略全て配置された各噴射ラムジェット エンジンのためのナセル入口及びナセルの平坦な流線型構造とが設けられ、各々 が上記機体の尾翼端部にエンジン排気ノズルを有するように構成された噴射ラム ジェットエンジンと、 iv)上記機体に装着され上記噴射ラムジェットエンジンに接続された前部及び 後部の燃料タンクと、 v)複数の位置燃料タンクに接続され上記前部の先端部と上記主翼の先端部の各 々に装着された複数の姿勢制御ロケットと、 vi)ペイロードを運搬し打ち上げるための手段と、 vii)水平着陸装置と、 を有することを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。 2.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記制御手段は上記主翼の各々 に設けられた昇降舵又はエレボンであることを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。 3.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記航空宇宙航行体を運搬し且 つ放出する手段は上記ターボファン型航空機の主翼の下の航空機のエンジンの装 着部に取付られた航空宇宙航行体パイロンであることを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ 装置。 4.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記水平着陸装置は2つの中間 部の着陸装置と頭部の着陸装置であることを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。 5.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記ペイロードを運搬し打ち上 げるための手段は放出手段を有するカーゴベイに収容された上記ペイロードを装 着したブースターロケットであり、 上記ブースターロケットは、液体水素タンク及び液体酸素タンクを供えたロケ ットエンジンと、上記ロケットエンジンのための1対の再突入カバーと、上記液 体水素タンク及び液体酸素タンクに接続された複数の圧力装置と、姿勢制御装置 と、パラシュート回収装置とを有することを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。 7.請求項5記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記ターボファン型航空機はパ ラシュート回収装置を有し且つ上記ブースターロケットを回収するためのパラシ ュート降下回収装置を含み、上記パラシュート降下回収装置は上記ターボファン 型航空機の頭部に装着された捕獲ヨークと、回収ケーブルと、ウィンチワイヤの 留め金が上記パラシュート回収装置の上部パラシュート吊り上げワイヤに装着可 能な構造のウィンチとを有し、更に、後部の出入り口を有するカーゴベイを有す ることを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。 8.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記カーゴベイは上記噴射ラム ジェットエンジンに接続された所定形状の燃料タンクを含むことを特徴とする軌 道打ち上げ装置。 9.請求項1記載の軌道打ち上げ装置において、上記後部に空気液化冷却装置が 設けられ、該空気液化冷却装置は、上記主翼の各々の下の空気液化ナセルを供え た空気ナセル入口を含み、上記空気液化装置は上記噴射ラムジェットエンジンに 接続されていることを特徴とする軌道打ち上げ装置。
