Claims (10)
- 高高度飛翔体(10)のための補助装置であって、
該補助装置は前記飛翔体(10)から独立した推進装置(21)を備え、該推進装置(21)は該補助装置(20)に切り離し可能に連結された前記飛翔体(10)を成層圏まで上昇飛行させるための推進装置であり、前記補助装置(20)は所定のミッション高度に到達したならば前記飛翔体(10)から切り離せるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする補助装置。 - 前記補助装置は前記飛翔体(10)の上側及び/または下側に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の補助装置。
- 前記推進装置(21)は、例えば燃焼型エンジンなどの非電動式の推進装置であり、その作動に必要とされる燃料が前記補助装置(20)の燃料タンク(22a)に格納され/充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の補助装置。
- 前記推進装置(21)は、前記補助装置(20)の電力保持装置(22b)から電力が供給される電動モータであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の補助装置。
- 前記補助装置は、成層圏への上昇飛行時に飛行姿勢を安定化するための安定化手段(23)を備えており、該安定化手段は例えば、1枚ないし複数枚の制御可能な翼、及び/または、制御可能な補助推進装置、及び/または、前記推進装置(21)の向きを変える操向機構などであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項記載の補助装置。
- 前記補助装置は再使用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項記載の補助装置。
- 前記補助装置は、非制御式パラシュート、または、制御可能なパラグライダー装置、または、制御可能な翼を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項記載の補助装置。
- 前記飛翔体(10)との切り離し可能な連結は、前記補助装置(20)または前記飛翔体(10)に装備された連結装置(25)を介してなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項記載の補助装置。
- 前記補助装置の前記推進装置(21)は、太陽光発電による電力を用いる前記飛翔体の電動式の推進装置(12)よりも大きな出力を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項記載の補助装置。
- 前記補助装置の前記推進装置(21)は、所定高度への上昇飛行を行うのに適した出力を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の補助装置。
