Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンの精製方法であって、 炭素数2〜約8のオレフィンと、同じ若しくは同様な炭素含量を有するアセチ レン系不純物と、任意の飽和炭化水素ガスとを含むガス混合物を、クロム、鉄、 コバルト、ニッケル、ルテニウム、パラジウム及び白金から成る群から選択され た少なくとも1種類の金属元素がその上に分散した、高表面積を有する担体物質 を主として含む吸着剤の粒状床に通して、床内の本質的に二水素を含まない雰囲 気の存在下で,吸着剤による、含有されるアセチレン系汚染物の選択的かつ可逆 的な吸着及び/又は錯体形成を行わせて、それによって予め定められたレベル未 満のアセチレン系不純物を含有する精製流出物を得る工程と;その後に、 結果としての吸着剤床を二水素を含む還元性ガスの存在下で再生して、吸着剤 から含有されるアセチレン系不純物を放出させる工程と を含む上記方法。 2.吸着剤が、担体物質上に分散した、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、 亜鉛、モリブデン、スズ、タングステン及びイリジウムから成る群から選択され た少なくとも1種類の元素をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 3.担体がアルミナ、シリカ、活性炭、粘土及びゼオライトから成る群から 選択された物質であり、BETガス吸着方法によって測定して、約10〜約2, 000m2/gの範囲内の表面積を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 4.担体物質上に分散された金属が、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、ルテ ニウム、パラジウム、白金及びカリウムから成る群から選択された少なくとも1 種類の元素であり、吸着剤が吸着剤の総重量に基づいて約0.01〜約10%の 範囲内の分散金属含量を有する、請求項3記載の方法。 5.ガス混合物を粒状吸着剤床に、0℃及び760mmHgの標準条件下で 測定して、約0.05時-1〜約20,000時-1の範囲内のガス毎時空間速度で 通過させる、請求項4記載の方法。 6.吸着剤がBETガス吸着方法によって測定して約80〜約500m2/ gの範囲内の表面積を有するγ−アルミナ少なくとも90重量%を含み、元素 状硫黄として算出して、500重量ppm未満の硫黄含有成分を含有する、請求 項1記載の方法。 7.担体物質上に分散される金属がパラジウムであり、吸着剤が吸着剤の総 重量に基づいて約0.01〜約10%の範囲内のパラジウム含量を有する、請求 項6記載の方法。 8.精製されるガス混合物中のオレフィンが主としてエチレン又はプロピレ ンであり、ガス混合物が約0.5容量ppm未満の水素と、それぞれ元素として 算出して、約1容量ppm未満の水銀含有、砒素含有及び硫黄含有成分を含有し 、ガス混合物が床を通過するときに約−35℃〜約65℃の範囲内の温度である 、請求項1記載の方法。 9.吸着剤がBETガス吸着方法によって測定して約150〜約350m2 /gの範囲内の表面積を有するγ−アルミナ少なくとも90重量%を含み、担体 物質上に分散した金属がパラジウムであり、吸着剤が吸着剤の総重量に基づいて 約0.01〜約10%の範囲内のパラジウム含量を有する、請求項8記載の方法 。 10.吸着剤が一酸化炭素化学収着方法によって測定して、少なくとも10 %の金属分散値を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 11.炭化水素の熱分解によって製造されるオレフィンの精製方法であって 、 少なくとも約99容量%の炭素数2〜約4のオレフィンと、約1容量ppm から約1000容量ppmまでの範囲内の量での同じ若しくは同様な炭素含量を 有するアセチレン系不純物とを含むガス混合物を、BETガス吸着方法で測定し て約10〜約2,000m2/gの範囲内の表面積を有し、その上部に鉄、コバ ルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、ルテニウム、パラジウム、白金及びカリウムから成る群 から選択された少なくとも1種類の金属元素が分散した、アルミナ、シリカ、活 性炭、粘土及びゼオライトから成る群から選択された担体物質を主として含む吸 着剤の粒状床に通して、床からの流出物流を得る工程と; 流出物流中のアセチレン系不純物のレベルが約1容量ppm未満の範囲内の予 め定められたレベルに上昇するまで、吸着剤による、含有されるアセチレン系汚 染物の選択的かつ可逆的な吸着及び/又は錯体形成を行わせる工程と; その後に、結果としての吸着剤床を二水素を含む還元性ガスの存在下で再生し て、吸着剤から含有されるアセチレン系不純物を放出させる工程と を含む上記方法。 12.吸着剤が、担体物質上に分散した、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム 、亜鉛、モリブデン、スズ、タングステン及びイリジウムから成る群から選択さ れた少なくとも1種類の元素をさらに含む、請求項11記載の方法。 13.担体がアルミナ、シリカ、炭素、粘土及びゼオライトから成る群から 選択された物質であり、BETガス吸着方法によって測定して、約10〜約2, 000m2/gの範囲内の表面積を有する、請求項11記載の方法。 14.担体物質上に分散された金属が、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、ル テニウム、パラジウム、白金及びカリウムから成る群から選択された少なくとも 1種類の元素であり、吸着剤が吸着剤の総重量に基づいて約0.01〜約10% の範囲内の分散金属含量を有する、請求項13記載の方法。 15.ガス混合物を粒状吸着剤床に、0℃及び760mmHgの標準条件下 で測定して、約0.05時-1〜約20,000時-1の範囲内の空間速度で通過さ せる、請求項14記載の方法。 16.吸着剤がBETガス吸着方法によって測定して約80〜約500m2 /gの範囲内の表面積を有するγ−アルミナ少なくとも90重量%を含み、元素 状硫黄として算出して、500重量ppm未満の硫黄含有成分を含有する、請求 項11記載の方法。 17.担体物質上に分散された金属がパラジウムであり、吸着剤が吸着剤の 総重量に基づいて約0.01〜約10%の範囲内のパラジウム含量を有する、請 求項16記載の方法。 18.精製されるガス混合物中のオレフィンが主としてエチレン又はプロピ レンであり、ガス混合物が約0.5容量ppm未満の水素と、それぞれ元素とし て算出して、約1容量ppm未満の水銀含有、砒素含有及び硫黄含有成分を含有 し、ガス混合物が床を通過するときに約−35℃〜約65℃の範囲内の温度であ る、請求項11記載の方法。 19.吸着剤がBETガス吸着方法により測定して約150〜約350m2 /gの範囲内の表面積を有するγ−アルミナ少なくとも約90重量%を含み、担 体物質上に分散した金属がパラジウムであり、吸着剤が吸着剤の総重量に基づい て約0.01〜約10%の範囲内のパラジウム含量を有する、請求項18記載の 方法。 20.吸着剤が一酸化炭素化学収着方法によって測定して約20%より大き く約80%までの範囲内の金属分散値を有する、請求項11記載の方法。
