Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 病原体並びに他の望ましくない真菌および細菌についての種子の消毒のた めの熱処理方法において、種子を外側から加熱しながら、種子の表面からの水分 の蒸発およびそれに因る該表面の冷却を防ぎ且つ種子の含水率の変化が起こらな いように、種子の状態および含水率に関して処理の時間および温度を調整しなが ら非水媒介熱を種子に供給することを特徴とする上記方法。 2. 種子が穀類の粒であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 3. 熱供給が、コンベヤーベルト上で囲い込まれた種子への接触伝達により達 成されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 4. 次の5つの段階: A. 後続の加熱段階における均質加熱を保証するように、供給された種子の層 厚を調整する供給段階、 B. 種子を熱空気の供給により予め定められた処理温度に加熱する加熱段階( ここで、該加熱段階はできる限り短くかつ種 子の含水率が変化しないように行われる)、 C. 種子を所定処理時間中一定の温度および含水率でもって温かく保つことに より、種子を処理する処理段階、 D. 処理時間を制御するために種子を急速に冷却する冷却段階、および E. 種子を取り出す取出し段階 にて連続的に行われることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載 の方法。 5. 熱供給が、種子の含水率の減少または増大を防ぐ含水率を有する熱空気に よりなされることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。
