Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鋳造ツールの非対称鋳型表面上の所定の特徴部を、射出成形機のゲートに対 して選択的に回転整列させる装置であって、該ゲートを通して、液体鋳型材料が 、少なくとも部分的に該鋳型表面によって規定される鋳型キャビティ内に注入さ れ、該装置が、 a)それぞれ前方及び後方端部を持つ第1及び第2の共直線状の部分を有する 立上ピンであって、該立上ピン第1部分後方端部は該射出成形機内において回転 固定関係に固定され、該鋳造ツールは該立上ピン第2部分の該前方端部に固定さ れる、立上ピンと、 b)該立上ピン第1部分の該前方端部を該立上ピン第2部分の該後方端部に回 転調節可能に取り付ける手段であって、該鋳造ツールは、該立上ピン前方部分と ともに、該立上ピン後方部分に対して独立して回転させることができ、これによ り、該射出成形機の該ゲートに対して該鋳型表面上の該所定の特徴部を位置合わ せすることを可能にする、手段と、 を備えた装置。 2.前記立上ピンの後方部分と前方部分とを互いに対して付勢する手段をさらに 備えた、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記取付手段が、頭部及びネジが切られた軸部分を有するネジを含み、該軸 部分は、前記立上ピンの前記後方及び前方部分に形成された軸合わせされた穿孔 を通って延び、該立上ピン前方部分の該穿孔にはネジが切られており、該ネジの 該軸部分は該前方部分穿孔内にネジ係合する、請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記付勢手段が、前記立上ピン後方部分の前記穿孔内にある前記ネジ軸部分 の周りに位置決めされる複数のバネ座金を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記立上ピン後方部分及び前方部分の間に位置決めされた座金を更に備えた 、 請求項4に記載の装置。 6.前記鋳型表面がコンタクトレンズ鋳型表面であり、前記所定の特徴部が該コ ンタクトレンズ鋳型表面の円環表面である、請求項1に記載の装置。 7.ネジが切られた前方及び後方端部を有するテールピースを更に備え、該テー ルピース後方端部は前記立上ピン前方部分前方端部にネジ係合し、該テールピー ス前方端部は前記鋳型表面とは反対側の前記鋳造ツールにネジ係合する、請求項 1に記載の装置。 8.前記鋳造ツールを取り外し可能に受けるキャビティを有するホルダをさらに 備え、該ホルダには該ホルダを貫通して形成された軸方向の孔を有し、前記テー ルピース前方端部は該孔を通して延びて該鋳造ツールに係合する、請求項7に記 載の装置。
