Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 指針計器用の渦電流測定装置であって、駆動軸上に相対回動不能に固定さ れた回転磁石を有しており、該回転磁石が、指針軸上に相対回動不能に固定され た、導電材料より成る渦電流部材に向かい合って位置していて、駆動軸が回転し ている際に指針軸に第1のトルクを伝達するように構成されており、第1のトル クと逆方向である第2のトルクを指針軸に伝達するねじりばねを有しており、渦 電流部材の下流側および/または回転磁石の下流側に配置された磁気復帰部材を 有しており、また温度上昇の際の回転磁石の磁場の弱化と、渦電流部材の導電率 の低下とを補償するために温度に関連した補償部材を有している形式のものにお いて、 補償部材(14,15,16,17)が、ねじりばね(11)によって指針軸 (10)に伝達される第2のトルクを低減するか、または温度上昇の際に渦電流 部材(9)に伝達される第1のトルクを一定に維持するように構成されたばね部 材として構成されていることを特徴とする、渦電流測定装置。 2. 補償部材(14)として構成するために、ねじりばね(11)が、温度上 昇の際に前記ねじりばねのばね定数を低減する材料から製造されている、請求項 1記載の渦電流測定装置。 3. 補償部材(16)が、温度上昇の際に渦電流部材(9)と回転磁石(8) との間の軸方向の間隔を減少するための軸方向ばねとして構成されている、請求 項1記載の渦電流測定装置。 4. 補償部材(17)が、温度上昇の際に磁気復帰部材(12、13)と、渦 電流部材(9)または回転磁石(8)との間の軸方向の間隔を減少するたの軸方 向ばねとして構成されている、請求項1記載の渦電流測定装置。 5. 作業エアギャップ内に温度に関連した透磁性を有する第1の材料によって 、および/または磁気復帰としての作業エアギャップ外側に温度に関連した透磁 性を有する第2の材料によって、付加的な磁気補償が行われる、請求項1から4 までのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。 6. 補償部材(14,15,16,17)が射出成形法でプラスチックから製 造されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。 7. 補償部材(14,15,16,17)がポリオキシメチレンから製造され ている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。 8. 補償部材(14,15,16,17)が繊維強化されている、請求項1か ら7までのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。 9. 補償部材(14,15,16,17)が、温度 変化につれてばね定数が種々異なって変化する、直列配置された複数の部分を有 している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。 10.回転磁石(8)が堅いフェライトから製造されている、請求項1から9ま でのいずれか1項記載の渦電流測定装置。
