Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.陽極の一方の側に電子を入射させることによりX線を生じるこの陽極であっ て、これらの入射電子がこの陽極上に所定のフォーカルスポットを形成するよ うにした当該陽極と、 前記陽極の他方の側の表面を冷却液により冷却する手段であって、互いに同 心的となるように配置された供給管及び排出管により、この冷却液を冷却すべ き前記表面に供給及びこの表面から排出するようにし、この冷却液は前記供給 管の端部における放出開口を介して、冷却すべき前記表面に供給し、この放出 開口の形状は前記フォーカルスポットの形状に適応するようにした当該手段と 、 同心的な2つの前記管のうちの内側管の端部に且つ外側管内に配置された散 布部材であって、この散布部材は冷却すべき前記表面に面する表面を有し、こ の散布部材に前記放出開口が設けられており、この散布部材の前記表面が前記 外側管と相俟って帰路開口を画成している当該散布部材と を有しているX線管において、 前記散布部材が、前記放出開口と前記供給管との間の連結部を構成する第1 ダクトが設けられた素子を有し、 前記散布部材の前記表面に、前記放出開口の内部に位置する排出開口が設け られ、この排出開口は、前記散布部材の前記素子中の第2ダクトを介してこの 素子の外側面と連通していることを特徴とするX線管。 2.請求の範囲1に記載のX線管において、前記第1ダクトと前記放出開口との 間に冷却液貯蔵所が設けられていることを特徴とするX線管。 3.請求の範囲1又は2に記載のX線管において、前記放出開口と前記供給管と の間の連結部を構成する複数のダクトが設けられ、これらダクトはX線管の軸 線を囲んで対称的に配置されていることを特徴とするX線管。 4.請求の範囲1又は2に記載のX線管において、前記放出開口と前記素子の前 記外側面との間の連結部を構成する複数のダクトが設けられ、これらダクトは X線管の軸線を囲んで対称的に配置されていることを特徴とするX線管。
