Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 充填高さ発信器、殊に自動車のタンクのためのものであり、抵抗回路網が 定置の支持体に配置されており、液体のレベルに追随するフロートの位置に対応 して抵抗回路網で出力信号が取り出されるようになっている形式のものにおいて 、抵抗回路網(14)に対応して接触構造体(18)を配置してあり、接触構造 体がフロート(2)によって運動可能な磁石装置(5)の作用下で変位可能であ り、これによってフロート(2)の位置に関連した電気接続部が形成されるよう になっていることを特徴とする充填高さ発信器。 2. 抵抗回路網(14)が基板(7)に配置されており、抵抗回路網(14) の接続点が、同じく基板(7)に形成された接触面(16)に接続されている請 求項1記載の充填高さ発信器。 3. 基板(7)に複数の導体路(15)が配置されており、各導体路(15) の1つの端部が1つの接触面(16)を形成している請求項1又は2記載の充填 高さ発信器。 4. 接触構造体(18)が接触面(16)に対して一定の間隔を置いて配置さ れており、接触面が磁石装置(5)の作用下で接触構造体(18)に接触させら れるようになっている請求項2又は3記載の充填高さ発信器。 5. 接触構造体(18)が接触ばね構造体である請求項1又は4記載の充填高 さ発信器。 6. 接触ばね構造体がセパレートな接触ばねから成っている請求項5記載の充 填高さ発信器。 7. 接触ばね構造体が一体的なたわみビーム構造体である請求項5記載の充填 高さ発信器。 8. 接触ばね構造体が軟磁性の材料から成っている請求項5から7のいずれか 1項記載の充填高さ発信器。 9. 接触ばね構造体が非磁性の材料から成っており、該材料が磁性の少なくと も1つの磁性の層を備えている請求項5から7のいずれか1項記載の充填高さ発 信器。 10.抵抗回路網(14)が層状の抵抗路として形成されている請求項1、2又 は3記載の充填高さ発信器。 11.抵抗回路網(14)が蛇行構造を有している請求項10記載の充填高さ発 信器。 12.抵抗回路網(14)が直接に蛇行構造に接続している請求項11記載の充 填高さ発信器。 13.抵抗回路網(14)が薄膜技術で形成されている請求項10、11又は1 2記載の充填高さ発信器。 14.抵抗回路網(14)が厚膜技術で形成されている請求項10記載の充填高 さ発信器。 15.導体路(15)が完全に若しくは部分的に抵抗 路(14)に配置されている請求項10から14のいずれか1項記載の充填高さ 発信器。 16.導体路(15)が部分的に抵抗路(14)で被われており、各導体路(1 5)の、抵抗路によって被われない1つの端部が接触面(16)を形成している 請求項3又は10記載の充填高さ発信器。 17.導体路(15)が抵抗回路網(14)の個別抵抗器よりも低い抵抗で形成 されている請求項16記載の充填高さ発信器。 18.少なくとも接触面(16)及び接触構造体(18)が密なケーシング(7 ,8)内に閉じ込められており、磁石装置(5)が密なケーシング(7,8)の 外側で運動可能である請求項1から17のいずれか1項記載の充填高さ発信器。 19.絶縁性の基板(7)が同時にケーシング壁として用いられていて、ケーシ ングカバー(8)を用いて密に閉じられている請求項18記載の充填高さ発信器 。 20.磁石装置(5)がケーシング(7,8)の外側に対して予負荷されていて 、従って軽く接触した状態で運動可能である請求項18記載の充填高さ発信器。 21.予負荷がばねエレメントによって形成されており、ばねエレメントが同時 に磁石装置(5)の受容のために役立っている請求項20記載の充填高さ発信器 。 22.抵抗回路網(14)の電気的な接続部(10,11,12)及び接触ばね 構造体(18)の電気的な接続部(13)がシールして外側へ導かれている請求 項1記載の充填高さ発信器。 23.フロート(2)がフロートレバー(3)を介して磁石装置(5)に結合さ れている請求項1記載の充填高さ発信器。 24.フロートレバー(3)が同時に磁石装置(5)の受容のために役立ってい る請求項23記載の充填高さ発信器。
