Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.骨折した骨(29)を整復するための移植片であり、骨破片中に移植のた めの複数のらせん形にねじれたブレード(10、12)を有する釘(8)を含み 、前記ブレード(10、12)は相互に固定されそして共通のらせん軸に添って 整列され、少なくとも前記ブレードの二つが前記らせん軸に対して垂直に配置し た面内で180°未満の角度を定めていることを特徴とする前記移植片。 2.前記骨(29)の伸びた部分(28)へ留めることのできる留め部材(2 6、40)をさらに含み、前記ブレード(10、12)は前記留め部材(26、 40)へ嵌合できる請求項1記載の移植片。 3.前記ブレード(10、12)が実質的に平らであり、ならびに前記少なく とも二つのブレード(10、12)が30°および150°の間の角度(17) を定めることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の移植片。 4.前記らせん形ブレード(10、12)が、骨(29)の中へ打ち込むこと ができるような、らせん形のねじれ率を有しならびに前記少なくとも二つのブレ ード(10、12)が60°および120°の間の角度(17)を定めることを 特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 5.前記らせん形ブレード(10、12)が前記らせん軸に沿って少なくとも 約30°ねじれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の移 植片。 6.前記らせん形ブレード(10、12)が近位および遠位の幅を有する少な くとも一つのテーパーのあるブレード(12)を含み、前記遠位の幅が前記留め 部材(26、40)に向かって配置され、そして前記近位の幅より大きいことを 特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 7.前記少なくとも一つのテーパーのあるブレード(12)が、前記らせん軸 に沿って約45°から120°ねじれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のい ずれか一項に記載の移植片。 8.前記テーパーのあるブレード(12)が約90°ねじれており、そして前 記釘(8)を前記テーパーのあるブレード(12)の遠位の幅が骨(29)の細 長い部分(28)に対して平行となるように移植してもよいことを特徴とする請 求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 9.前記ブレード(10、12)が前記留め部材(26、40)へ可動に嵌合 していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 10.前記ブレード(10、12)が留め部材(26、40)と前記らせん軸へ 平行な方向へ滑べれるように嵌合しており、骨の破片の圧縮を可能にすることを 特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 11.移植片がさらに釘(8)の入れ子式部分(22)を含み、これが留め部材 (26)へ入れ子式に嵌合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれ か一項に記載の移植片。 12.前記留め部材(26、40)が、好ましくは前記釘(8)の入れ子式部分 (22)の、前記釘(8)を受け入れるスリーブ(32)を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 13.前記スリーブ(32)がスリーブ外径を含み;および前記らせん形ブレー ド(10、12)が、せいぜい前記スリーブ外径とほぼ同じ大きさである、らせ んの直径を定めることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の移植片。 14.前記留め部材(26、40)は前記スリーブ(32)の内部から伸びおよ びこれと整列するらせん状みぞ(46)を定め、前記らせん状ブレード(10、 12)が前記みぞ(46)の中を滑れることを特徴とする請求項12または13 に記載の移植片。 15.釘(8)がさらにガイドワイヤーを受け取る中空のシャフト(16)を含 み、前記中空のシャフト(16)が前記らせん軸と同軸に伸びていることを特徴 とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 16.前記留め部材(26)が、骨(29)の細長い部分の外側部分(28)へ 留められることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 17.前記留め部材(40)が、骨(29)の細長い部分(28)内へ、実質的 にこれへ平行の方向へ挿入するための、髄内の釘を含むことを特徴とする請求項 1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の移植片。 18.前記留め部材(26、40)ならびにらせん軸が、約90°及び150° の間の角度を定めることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の移 植片。 19.骨折した骨(29)を固定する釘であり、釘は以下を含む: A) らせん軸を定めるシャフト(16); B) シャフト(16)上に配置する均一な一組のブレード(10); C) 個々のテーパーのあるブレード(12)が均一な一組のブレード(10 )の間に位置するような方法でシャフト(16)上に配置されたテーパーのある 一組のブレード(12)、前記テーパーのあるブレード(12)は遠位部分で最 も幅が広くならびに近位部分で最も幅が狭く、前記均一でテーパーのついたブレ ード(10、12)はらせん軸の回りに少なくとも約30°の合計のらせん形ね じれを有しており;そして D) ここで前記釘(8)は骨(29)へ打ち込み可能であり、そして釘の遠 位部(16)は留め部材(26、40)に対して滑って嵌合でき、前記留め部材 (26、40)は骨(29)の伸びた部分(28)へしっかりと留めることがで きる。
