Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 過炭酸ナトリウム(PCS)の製法において、第1の工程(=反応工程)で 、軽量ソーダの形を状態調節することにより得られる固体のソーダ一水化物と、 過炭酸ナトリウム中に所望の活性酸素含有率に対してほぼ化学量論的量の50〜 70%過酸化水素水溶液とを、反応温度最大80℃で、混合装置中、迅速にかつ 激しく十分に混合しながら反応させて、湿潤過炭酸ナトリウムからなるペースト 状又は泥状物質にし、かつこれを乾燥する方法により過炭酸ナトリウムを製造し 、第2の工程(=コンパクト化/乾式顆粒化工程)で、乾燥後の、第1の工程で 得られた過炭酸ナトリウムを望ましい場合には滑剤、有利にアルカリ金属及び/ 又はアルカリ土類金属ステアリン酸塩1重量%までを添加してコンパクト化して 突起状物にし、かつ続いてこの突起状物を、破砕及び篩がけによる乾式顆粒化で 、活性酸素含有率10〜15.2重量%、有利に>14.5〜15.2重量%及 びタップ重量0.85〜1.1kg/l及び平均粒径550〜1.100μmの 範囲の所望の粒子パラメーターを有する過炭酸ナトリウム顆粒の状態にすること を特徴とする、過炭酸ナトリウムの製法。 2. 発熱反応の間の反応温度を室温〜最大80℃、有 利に20℃以上〜最大80℃の範囲に保持する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 理論実験式Na2CO3×1.5H2O2を有する過炭酸ナトリウムに対して、 ほぼ化学量論的量、有利に1.49〜1.52モル(H2O2)の過酸化水素水溶 液を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 55〜65重量%過酸化水素水溶液を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 過酸化水素水溶液を、ノズル、有利に二成分ノズルを介して、固体ソーダ一 水化物を予め装入されたミキサー中に配量導入する、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. タップ重量0.50〜0.55kg/lを有する軽量ソーダから状態調節に より得られた固体ソーダ一水化物を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 7. タップ重量0.50kg/l未満の超軽量ソーダから状態調節により得られ た固体ソーダ一水化物を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 8. ソーダ一水化物と過酸化水素水溶液との反応を可能なかぎり迅速に、強力ミ キサー中で実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 9. コンパクト化を最低50バール〜最高150バールの圧力で、有利に80〜 120バールの圧力で圧縮する、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.平均粒径600μm以上、有利に640〜100 0μmを有する過炭酸ナトリウム顆粒を製造する、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.タップ重量0.93〜1.1kg/lを有する過炭酸ナトリウム顆粒を製造 する、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.ステアリン酸ナトリウム及び/又はステアリン酸マグネシウムを1重量%ま で添加してコンパクト化する、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。 13.製造及び/又は顆粒化の際に場合により添加される顆粒助剤を除いて算出し て>14.5〜15.2重量%の活性酸素含有率を有し、かつ1分後に最低95 %及び2分後に最低99%の溶解速度(それぞれ標準条件:2g、15℃)を有 することを特徴とする、過炭酸ナトリウム(PCS)。 14.製造及び/又は顆粒化の際に場合により添加される顆粒助剤を除いて算出し て>14.5〜15.2重量%の活性酸素含有率を有し、かつ約155℃以上の 、殊に159〜162℃の範囲の発熱DSCピークを示すことを特徴とする、過 炭酸ナトリウム(PCS). 15.製造及び/又は顆粒化の際に場合により添加される顆粒助剤を除いて算出し て>14.5〜15.2重量%の活性酸素含有率を有し、かつ標準条件(105 ℃、2時間)で測定して、6.2%以下、有利に3.4〜5.1%の安定損失を 示すことを特徴と する、過炭酸ナトリウム(PCS)。 16.平均粒径550〜1100μm)有利に640〜1000μmを有する、請 求項13から15のいずれか1項記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 17.タップ重量0.85〜1.1kg/lを有する、請求項13から15のいず れか1項記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 18.5%未満の磨滅率(標準条件下に測定)を有する、請求項16又は17に記 載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 19.顆粒化の際に添加される、アルカリ金属ステアリン酸塩又はアルカリ土類金 属ステアリン酸塩の群からの滑剤を1重量%まで含有し、かつタップ重量0.9 3〜1.1kg/lを有する、請求項13に記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 20.8%未満の磨滅率(標準条件下に測定)を有する、請求項19に記載の過炭 酸ナトリウム。 21.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法により得られる、請求項13か ら20のいずれか1項記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 22.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法により、コンパクト化/乾式顆 粒化の際に滑剤を添加することなく得られ、かつ標準条件(105℃、2時間) 下に測定して6.2%未満の安定損失を有する、請求項13から15のいずれか 1項記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 23.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法により、コンパクト化/乾式顆 粒化の際に滑剤を添加することなく得られ、かつ平均粒径550〜1100μm 、有利に640〜1000μmを有する、請求項13から15のいずれか1項記 載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 24.請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法により、コンパクト化/乾式顆粒 化の際に滑剤を添加することなく得られ、かつタップ重量0.85〜1.1kg /lを有する、請求項13から15のいずれか1項記載の過炭酸ナトリウム。 25.5%未満の磨滅率(標準条件)を有する、請求項23又は24に記載の過炭 酸ナトリウム。 26.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法で、コンパクト化/乾式顆粒化 の際に1重量%までの滑剤を添加して、有利にアルカリ金属ステアリン酸塩及び /又はアルカリ土類金属ステアリン酸塩を添加して得られ、かつ活性酸素含有率 14.5重量%以上、有利に14.8重量%以上及び安定損失最高12.0(標 準条件:105℃、2時間で測定)を有する、請求項13又は14に記載の過炭 酸ナトリウム。 27.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法で、コンパクト化/乾式顆粒化 の際に1重量%までの滑剤を添加して、有利にアルカリ金属ステアリン酸塩 及び/又はアルカリ土類金属ステアリン酸塩を添加して得られ、かつ活性酸素含 有率14.5重量%〜15重量%、有利に14.8重量%〜15.0重量%及び 平均粒径800〜1000μmを有する、請求項13又は14に記載の過炭酸ナ トリウム。 28.請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の方法で、コンパクト化/乾式顆粒化 の際に1重量%までの滑剤を添加して、有利にアルカリ金属ステアリン酸塩及び /又はアルカリ土類金属ステアリン酸塩を添加して得られ、かつ活性酸素含有率 14.5重量%〜15重量%、有利に14.8重量%〜15.0重量%及びタッ プ重量0.93〜1.1kg/lを有する、請求項13又は14に記載の過炭酸 ナトリウム。 29.最高8%の磨滅率(標準条件下に測定)を有する、請求項27に記載の過炭 酸ナトリウム。 30.固体漂白剤又は洗剤組成物において、請求項13から29のいずれか1項記 載の過炭酸ナトリウム0.5〜40重量%、有利に5〜25重量%及び、次の群 :界面活性剤、ビルダー、漂白活性剤、過酸漂白剤前駆体、酵素、酵素安定剤、 再汚染防止剤及び/又は相容化剤、錯体及びキレートビルダー、セッケン泡調節 剤及び添加物、例えば蛍光増白剤、乳白剤、腐食防止剤、静電気防止剤、染料、 殺菌剤からの、漂白剤又は洗剤組成物中で慣用の処方剤及び助 剤99.5〜60重量%、有利に95〜75重量%を含有することを特長とする 、固体漂白剤又は洗剤組成物。 31.ゼオライトの群からのビルダーの存在下に請求項13から24のいずれか1 項記載の過炭酸ナトリウムを含有する、請求項30に記載の漂白剤及び洗剤組成 物。 32.コンパクト洗剤組成物である、請求項30又は31に記載の漂白剤及び洗剤 組成物。
