- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体内配置用ソノルミネセント光モジュールを含む介入デバイス。 2.前記ソノルミネセント光モジュールが、 ハウジングと、 アコースティックトランスデューサと、 該ハウジング内部で、且つ、アコースティックトランスデューサに隣接して配 置されたアコースティック導通媒体と、 を含む請求項1に記載の介入デバイス。 3.前記アコースティックトランスデューサが圧電性材料および波整合層(wave matching layer)を含む、請求項2に記載の介入デバイス。 4.前記光モジュールが、前記アコースティックトランスデューサと前記アコー スティック導通媒体との間に配置されたレンズを更に含むことにより、該アコー スティックトランスデューサによって生成された音波を該アコースティック導通 媒体内に集中させる、請求項2に記載の介入デバイス。 5.ハウジングの遠位端が、前記アコースティック導通媒体内に音波の反射およ び集中を提供するように形成される、請求項2に記載の介入デバイス。 6.前記ハウジングの遠位端が、音波を組織内に集中させるために開いている、 請求項2に記載の介入デバイス。 7.前記アコースティック導通媒体が水を含む、請求項2に記載の介入デバイス 。 8.前記アコースティック導通媒体が、ソノルミネセント効果が観察され得る固 体物質またはターゲットを含む、請求項2に記載の介入デバイス。 9.前記圧電性材料がジルコン酸−チタン酸鉛を含む、請求項3に記載の介入デ バイス。 10.前記ソノルミネセント光モジュールが、前記介入デバイスの遠位端近傍に 配置される、請求項1に記載の介入デバイス。 11.前記介入デバイスの内部に配置された電気的導管(electrical conduit)を 介して前記ソノルミネセント光モジュールと連絡するパルス生成器を更に含む、 請求項10に記載の介入デバイス。 12.前記ソノルミネセント光モジュールが前記介入デバイスの遠位端近傍に配 置され、該介入デバイスの遠位端がハウジングとして機能する、請求項2に記載 の介入デバイス。 13.前記介入デバイスの少なくとも一部分が光学的に透明な材料を含む、請求 項10に記載の介入デバイス。 14.前記介入デバイス内部における前記光モジュールの位置が調節され得る、 請求項13に記載の介入デバイス。 15.前記介入デバイスが、所定の波長を有する光を透過するように選択された 材料を含む光学的に透明な窓を有する、請求項10に記載の介入デバイス。 16.体内配置用X線生成光源を含む介入デバイス。 17.前記X線生成光源がソノルミネセント光源を含む、請求項16に記載の介 入デバイス。 18.体内で光を生成する方法であって、該方法は、 前記ソノルミネセント光源を含む前記介入デバイスの遠位端を体内に配置する ステップであって、該光源が前記アコースティックトランスデューサおよび前記 アコースティック導通媒体を含むステップと、 該光源に一連の高電圧パルスを提供することにより音波を生成するステップと 、 該生成された音波を該アコースティック導通媒体内に集中することにより光を 生成するステップと、 を含む請求項18に記載の方法。 19.前記生成された光がX線の光を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 20.体内配置用アークランプを含む介入デバイス。 21.前記アークランプが、 ハウジングと、 アークを飛ばす(strike)ようにハウジング内部に相互に関係づけて配置された 第1および第2の電極と、 を含む、請求項20に記載の介入デバイス。 22.前記第1の電極が半球状の形状を有し、金属でコーティングされる、請求 項21に記載の介入デバイス。 23.前記第2の電極がフラッシュ金属化によって前記ハウジングの内表面上に 形成される、請求項21に記載の介入デバイス。 24.前記第1および第2の電極が、焼結金属および高圧下で生じるシール材料 で前記ハウジング内部にシールされる、請求項21に記載の介入デバイス。 25.前記焼結金属が銅ウール(copper wool)を含む、請求項24に記載の介入 デバイス。 26.前記アークランプによって生成された光を収集し再び方向づけるために前 記ハウジングの遠位端がドーム型に形成される、請求項20に記載の介入デバイ ス。 27.前記ハウジングの材料が石英を含む、請求項21に記載の介入デバイス。 28.フィードバックシステム、ならびに該フィードバックシステムに光出力を 供給するためにハウジング壁に隣接して配置された光ガイドを更に含む、請求項 21に記載の介入デバイス。 29.前記アークランプが介入デバイスの遠位端近傍に配置される、請求項20 に記載の介入デバイス。 30.前記介入デバイスの遠位端が前記ハウジングとして機能する、請求項29 に記載の介入デバイス。 31.体内にモジュラー光エネルギを生成する方法であって、アークランプを含 む介入デバイスの遠位端を体内に配置するステップと、徐々に増加する電圧をア ークランプに印加してアークを飛ばすステップと、アークの生成を維持するよう にアークランプに印加される電圧を素早く落とすステップとを含む方法。 32.体内配置用蛍光性光源を含む介入デバイス。 33.前記蛍光性光源が、燐光性材料または蛍光性材料でコーティングされたフ ラッシュチューブを含む、請求項32に記載の介入デバイス。 34.前記蛍光性光源が、均一に放電を行うように形成された等電位フラッシュ チューブを含む、請求項32に記載の介入デバイス。 35.前記蛍光性光源が前記フラッシュチューブを取り囲む誘電性材料および該 誘電性材料の反対側に配置された1対の電極を更に含む、請求項34に記載の介 入デバイス。 36.前記蛍光性光源が前記介入デバイスの遠位端近傍に配置されている、請求 項32に記載の介入デバイス。 37.バルーン部分の外表面上にポリマー性ステントを有するバルーンカテーテ ルを含む、請求項36に記載の介入デバイス。 38.前記ポリマー性ステントが蛍光性光源によって生成される放射に曝露され ると硬化する、請求項37に記載の介入デバイス。 39.前記ポリマー性ステントが紫外線硬化性エポキシまたは接着材料を含む、 請求項38に記載の介入デバイス。 40.前記蛍光性光源が、 RFエネルギーを生成するガン効果ダイオード(Gunn-effect diode)と、 該ダイオードに隣接して配置された誘電性共振器(dielectric resonator)と、 RFエネルギーを与えられると蛍光を発するガス状物質を含むガスチューブと 、を含む請求項32に記載の介入デバイス。 41.体内配置用スパークギャップモジュールを含む介入デバイス。 42.スパークギャップが2つの電極を含み、該2つの電極が該2つの電極間の ギャップを亘ってスパークを生成するために相互に関連付けて配置される、請求 項41に記載の介入デバイス。 43.前記2つの電極が透明ハウジング内にシールされる、請求項42に記載の 介入デバイス。 44.ハウジングの遠位端に配置された、所望の光出力を高めるためのフィルタ を更に含む、請求項43に記載の介入デバイス。 45.組織のスペクトル分析を実行する方法であって、該方法は、 スパークギャップモジュールを含む介入デバイスの遠位端を体内の組織近傍に 配置するステップと、 該スパークギャップモジュールに電圧パルスを印加することによりスパークを 生成するステップと、 生成されたスパークで組織を励起(excite)するステップと、 刺激に基づいて組織を特徴づけるステップと、 を含む方法。 46.前記組織を励起するステップが、該組織内に存在し得る蛍光体を励起する ステップを含み、前記組織を特徴づけるステップが該組織内に蛍光体の存在を検 出するステップを含む、請求項45に記載の方法。 47.体内配置用の、短時間高強度光波(short duration high intensity light wave)を生成するための白熱ランプを含む介入デバイス。 48.前記短時間が100ミリ秒未満の持続時間を含む、請求項47に記載の介入 デバイス。 49.前記白熱ランプが、ハウジング、該ハウジング内に配置された1対の電極 、および該1対の電極を接続するフィラメントを含む、請求項47に記載の介入 デバイス。 50.前記フィラメントが酸化フィラメント(oxidizing filament)を含み、前記 ハウジングが所定の色を有する光を生成する選択された気体で充たされる、請求 項49に記載の介入デバイス。 51.白熱ランプを含む介入デバイスの遠位端を体内に配置するステップと、 該白熱ランプに電気パルスを流すことにより短時間光波を生成するステップと 、 を含む、モジュラー光エネルギーを生成する方法。
