Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁縦軸線と、弁ケ ーシングと、軸方向に運動可能な弁ニードルと、弁の開放及び閉鎖のために定置 の弁座と協働する弁座閉鎖体と、弁ケーシングを少なくとも部分的に囲むプラス チック射出成形被覆と、燃料噴射弁を外へ向けてシールするシールエレメントと を備えている形式のものにおいて、少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(45) とプラスチック射出成形被覆(38)とが互いに一体射出成形されていることで 、少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(45)が、プラスチック射出成形被覆( 38)に平面的かつ素材結合的に接触していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 2. シールエレメント(45)がエラストマから形成されている、請求項1記 載の燃料噴射弁。 3. シールエレメント(45)が、弁縦軸線(10)とは逆の側のそれぞれ1 つの外側(48)を有しており、この外側が少なくとも部分的に湾曲している、 請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。 4. 弁縦軸線(10)に向いた内側(47)に対してほぼ直角に延びている、 シールエレメント(45d)の上側(50)又はシールエレメント(45a)の 下側(49)だけがプラスチック射出成形被覆(38)と平面的に接触するよう に、少なくとも1つのシー ルエレメント(45d,45a)がプラスチック射出成形被覆(38)に一体射 出成形されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 5. シールエレメント(45b,45c)の1つがプラスチック射出成形被覆 (38)の周囲の循環する環状溝(58)内に射出成形されており、その結果、 シールエレメント(45b,45c)の、弁縦軸線(10)に向いた少なくとも 1つの内側がプラスチック射出成形被覆(38)と平面的に接触している、請求 項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 6. 少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(45d)がプラスチック射出成形被 覆(38)の段部(55)内に埋め込まれており、その結果、シールエレメント (45d)の少なくとも2つの側がプラスチック射出成形被覆(38)と平面的 に接触している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 7. 少なくとも1つのシールエレメント(45)が弁縦軸線(10)とは逆の 側の外側(48)を有しており、この外側(48)に複数のシールリップ(60 )が形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。 8. シールリップ(60)がリング状にシールエレメント(45)の外側を循 環している、請求項7記載の燃料噴射弁。
