Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)第1面と第2面を有する耐水性で水蒸気透過性の可撓性基材、 (b)基材の前記第1面に固定された布帛、 (c)基材の前記第2面の表面を覆う不連続なライニング形成パターンを形 成する複数の分離した磨耗抵抗性ポリマーのドットであって、可撓性基材の磨耗 に抵抗するドット、 を含んでなる、衣類などに適した複合ライニング材料。 2.ドットが実質的に滑らかで角のない外形を有する請求項1に記載の複合材 料。 3.各ドットが、基材の面内に実質的に円形の横断面と、基材に垂直な面内に 実質的に部分球の横断面を有する請求項2に記載の複合材料。 4.基材の面内の横断面の最大寸法が5000μm未満である請求項1〜3の いずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 5.前記最大寸法が100〜1000μmである請求項4に記載の複合材料。 6.前記最大寸法が200〜800μmである請求項5に記載の複合材料。 7.前記最大寸法が400〜600μmである請求項6に記載の複合材料。 8.各ドットが10〜200μmの高さを有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項 に記載の複合材料。 9.各ドットが70〜140μmの高さを有する請求項8に記載の複合材料。 10.各ドットが80〜100μmの高さを有する請求項9に記 載の複合材料。 11.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から200〜2000μmの間隔に ある請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 12.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から300〜1500μmの間隔に ある請求項11に記載の複合材料。 13.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から400〜900μmの間隔にあ る請求項12に記載の複合材料。 14.隣接ドットの中心間距離、各ドットの最大寸法、及び各ドットの高さの 比が約7.5:5:1〜約15:10:1の範囲にある請求項1〜13のいずれ か1項に記載の複合材料。 15.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が20〜80%である請求項1〜14 のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 16.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が30〜70%である請求項15に記 載の複合材料。 17.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が40〜60%である請求項16に記 載の複合材料。 18.基材が多孔質膜である請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料 。 19.多孔質膜が延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項18に記 載の複合材料。 20.基材が、多孔質膜と、水蒸気透過性の親水性ポリマーのコーティングを 含んでなり、そのコーティングにドットが固定された請求項18又は19に記載 の複合材料。 21.親水性ポリマーがポリウレタン又はポリエステルである請求項20に記 載の複合材料。 22.前記ドットが、約800psi(5.5N/mm2)を上 回る弾性率を有する磨耗抵抗性ポリウレタンから形成された請求項1〜21のい ずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 23.ドットを形成するポリウレタンが水蒸気透過性である請求項21に記載 の複合材料。 24.0.1kg/cmを上回る水抵抗性である請求項1〜23のいずれか1 項に記載の複合材料。 25.1500g/m2/日を上回る水蒸気透過性を有する請求項1〜24の いずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 26.ドットが複数のロゼットの形態で施された請求項1〜25のいずれか1 項に記載の複合材料。 27.複合材料の耐磨耗性が、可撓性基材そのものの耐磨耗性の少なくとも1 .5倍である請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。 28.請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料を含んでなる衣類。 29.磨耗抵抗性ポリマーのドットが、衣類の最も内側の構成部分を形成して ライニングを成した請求項28に記載の複合材料。 30.可撓性で耐水性であって水蒸気透過性の基材の第1面に布帛を固定し、 可撓性基材の磨耗に抵抗するように、前記基材の第2面の表面を覆う不 連続なライニング形成パターンを形成するため、前記基材の第2面に複数の磨耗 抵抗性ポリマーのドットを施す、 各工程を含む、衣類などに適する複合ライニング材料を製造する方法。 31.ポリマーのドットをグラビア印刷によって施すことを含む請求項30に 記載の方法。 32.ドットが実質的に滑らかで角のない外形を有する請求項3 0又は31に記載の方法。 33.各ドットが、基材の面内に実質的に円形の横断面と、基材に垂直な面内 に実質的に部分球の横断面を有する請求項32に記載の方法。 34.基材の面内の横断面の最大寸法が5000μm未満である請求項30〜 33のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 35.横断面の最大寸法が100〜1000μmである請求項34に記載の方 法。 36.横断面の最大寸法が200〜800μmである請求項35に記載の方法 。 37.横断面の最大寸法が400〜600μmである請求項36に記載の方法 。 38.各ドットが10〜200μmの高さを有する請求項30〜37のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 39.各ドットが70〜140μmの高さを有する請求項38に記載の方法。 40.各ドットが80〜100μmの高さを有する請求項39に記載の方法。 41.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から200〜2000μmの間隔に ある請求項30〜40のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 42.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から300〜1500μmの間隔に ある請求項41に記載の方法。 43.各ドットの中心が隣接ドットの中心から400〜900μmの間隔にあ る請求項42に記載の方法。 44.隣接ドットの中心間距離、各ドットの最大寸法、及び各ドットの高さの 比が約7.5:5:1〜約15:10:1の範囲にある請求項30〜43のいず れか1項に記載の方法。 45.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が20〜80%である請求項30〜4 4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 46.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が30〜70%である請求項45に記 載の方法。 47.ドットによる基材表面の被覆割合が40〜60%である請求項46に記 載の方法。 48.基材が多孔質膜である請求項30〜47のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 49.多孔質膜が延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項48に記 載の方法。 50.基材が、多孔質膜と、水蒸気透過性の親水性ポリマーのコーティングを 含んでなり、そのコーティングにドットが固定される請求項48又は49に記載 の方法。 51.親水性ポリマーがポリウレタン又はポリエステルである請求項50に記 載の方法。 52.前記ドットが、800psi(5.5N/mm2)を上回る弾性率を有 する磨耗抵抗性ポリウレタンから形成される請求項30〜51のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 53.ドットを形成するポリウレタンが水蒸気透過性である請求項51に記載 の方法。 54.複合ライニング材料が0.1kg/cmを上回る水抵抗性である請求項 30〜53のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 55.複合ライニング材料が1500g/m2/日を上回る水蒸気透過性を有 する請求項30〜54のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 56.ドットが複数のロゼットの形態で施される請求項30〜55のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 57.複合材料の耐磨耗性が、可撓性基材そのものの耐磨耗性の 少なくとも1.5倍である請求項30〜56のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
