Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電力半導体によって発生された熱が熱源として利用される自動車用の電気 ヒータにおいて、 熱発生のために、それぞれ高電力損失作動状態で作動される電力半導体(FE T1,FET2,FETn)を有する複数の電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)が 並列接続されていることを特徴とする自動車用の電気ヒータ。 2. 電力半導体によって発生された熱が熱源として利用される自動車用の電気 ヒータにおいて、 熱発生のために、それぞれ直列接続されていて、高電力損失作動状態で作動さ れる2つの電力半導体(FET11,FET12;FET21,FET22;, FETn1,FETn2)を有する複数の電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)が並 列接続されていることを特徴とする自動車用の電気ヒータ。 3. 各電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)内には、過負荷に応動する切換部材( FUSE1,FUSE2,FUSEn)が電力半導体(FET1,FET2,F ETn)と直列接続されている請求項1又は2記載の電気ヒータ。 4. 電力半導体(FET1,FET2,FETn)は、共通に設定可能な目標 値(Isoll)及び前記電力半導体(FET1,FET2・・・FETn )から導出された実際値(Ist1,Ist2・・・Istn)を用いて、送出 電力を個別に制御することができる請求項1又は3記載の電気ヒータ。 5. 電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)の、それぞれ一方の電力半導体(FET 1,FET2,FETn)を、共通に設定することができる目標値(Isoll )及び前記電力半導体から導出された実際値(Ist11,Ist21・・・I stn1)を用いて、前記実際値の電力を個別に制御することができ、それぞれ 他方の電力半導体(FET12,FET22・・・FETn2)を、固定して設 定された制御電圧(ust)及び前記電力半導体から導出された実際値(Ist 12,Ist2・・・Istn2)を用いて、前記実際値の電力を個別に制御す ることができる請求項2又は3記載の電気ヒータ。 6. 電力半導体(FET1,FET2・・・FETn;FET11,FET1 2,FET21,FET22..Fetn1,Fetn2)が短絡状態で作動さ れる請求項1〜5までのいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 7. 電流分岐部(Z1,:Z2・・・Zn)は、出力側が、負荷抵抗としての 低オーム直列抵抗を給電する請求項1〜6までのいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 8. 切換部材(FUSE1,FUSE2・・・FU SEn)は、電流分岐部(Z1,Z2...Zn)の導体路部材として構成され ており、前記導体路部材は、所属の前記電流分岐部(Z1,Z2...Zn)内 に障害が発生した場合に高い電流を遮断する請求項1〜7までのいずれか1記載 の電気ヒータ。 9. 切換部材(FUSE1,FUSE2,FUSEn)は、電流分岐部(Z1 ,Z2...Zn)内の電流測定抵抗として設けられており、前記切換部材は、 障害の場合に配属の電流分岐部(Z1,Z2...Zn)内に発生する高い電流 を遮断する請求項1〜7までのいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 10. 切換部材(FUSE1,FUSE2,FUSEn)として、電力半導体 (FET1,FET2・・・FETn;FET11,FET12,FET21, FET22..Fetn1,Fetn2)の端子線が使用されており、前記端子 線は、障害の場合に、配属の電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)内に発生する高い 電流を遮断する請求項1〜7までのいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 11. 電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)内に直列接続された両電力半導体(F ET11又はFET12;FET21又はFET22;FETn1又はFETn 2)の一方の短絡時に、損傷した前記電流分岐部(Z1,Z2,Zn)から、付 加的な制御信号を導出することができ、前記制御信号は、それぞれ他 方の電力半導体(FET12又はFET11;FET22又はFET21;FE Tn2又はFETn1)の、導出される電力を低減し、又は遮断状態に制御する 請求項2,3及び5〜7のいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 12. 加熱モジュールとして構成されており、該加熱モジュールにおいて、電 力半導体(FET1,FET2...FETn;FET11,FET12;FE T21,FET22:FETn1,FETn2)が冷却体上に熱接触して取り付 けられている請求項1〜11までのいずれか1記載の電気ヒータ。 13. 電力半導体(FET1,FET2...FETn;FET11,FET 12;FET21,FET22;FETn1,FETn2)及び/又は冷却体は 、温度センサを用いて、所定最大温度の超過を監視され、前記単数又は複数の温 度センサの出力信号は、配属の電力半導体又は全ての電力半導体の、送出電力を 低減し、又は、遮断状態に制御する請求項12記載の電気ヒータ。 14. 温度センサは、電力半導体(FET1,FET2...FETn;FE T11,FET12;FET21,FET22;FETn1,FETn2)内に 統合化されている請求項13記載の電気ヒータ。
