- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ハロゲン化エテン類を除去する微生物学的方法であって、炭素源およびエ ネルギー源としてエテンで増殖しながらハロゲン化エテン類を分解する細菌種が 、新たな生成のためおよびエネルギー供給のために炭素源およびエネルギー源と してエテンで前適応化されていると共に、除去される前記ハロゲン化エテン類と 好気性バイオリアクター中において接触されることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記好気性バイオリアクター中で同時におよび/または連続してエテンお よびハロゲン化エテン類と前記細菌を接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 3. 2.3%(v/v)未満の濃度において供給空気と共に気相を経て炭素源 および/またはエネルギー源としてエテンを前記バイオリアクター中に導入する ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. ハロゲン化エテン類を含んでなる清浄化される水と前記細菌種とを、前記 バイオリアクター中で接触させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうち少なく とも一つに記載の方法。 5. 汚染された地下水を清浄化することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 前記バイオリアクターにガスを導入するために、ハロゲン化エテン類で汚 染された空気を用いることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうち少なくとも一つに 記載の方法。 7. ハロゲン化エテン汚染の土壌空気を用いることを特徴とする請求項6に記 載の方法。 8. 前記好気性バイオリアクター中での清浄化段階の前に、前記ハロ ゲン化エテン類の還元脱ハロゲン化のための嫌気性段階を実施することを特徴と する請求項1から7のうち少なくとも一つに記載の方法。 9. 細菌種PS5、KD20、KL1、KL2、KL3、KL4、K15また はそれらの混合培養菌を利用することを特徴とする請求項1から8のうち少なく とも一つに記載の方法。 10. シス−1,2−ジクロロエテン含有および/または塩化ビニル含有の水 および/または空気を清浄化することを特徴とする請求項1から9のうち少なく とも一つに記載の方法。 11. 100mg/lまでの濃度のシス−1,2−ジクロロエテンおよび/ま たは塩化ビニルを除去することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
