Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 感応要素を収容した検査ヘッドを有し、この検査ヘッドは縦方向に可撓性の ある支持ラインの先端に取り付けられ、支持ラインは支持ラインは湿らせる手段 を備えた操作ユニットに連結されている、工業炉、特にコークス炉の煙筒の耐火 壁を検査するための内視鏡プローブにおいて、 支持ライン(2)が軸方向ねじれに対して剛性を有し、検査ヘッド(1)は軸心回り に回転ができ且つ着脱自在な2つの部分で構成され、その一つの部分は回転継手( 10)によって支持ラインの先端に取り付けられ且つ撮影装置(26)を収容した固定 部分(11)であり、別の部分はこの固定部分の延長線上に着脱自在な継手(44)を介 して取付けられた交換可能部分(12)であり、この交換可能部分(12)は対物レンズ (23)が取り付けられた開口を有し、この対物レンズ(23)はそれが受けた光エネル ギーをその光学軸線(22)上の後方にある撮影装置に伝え、プローブ内部には検査 ヘッドを軸心回りに回転させ且つ支持ラインに対するその角度を調整するための 手段(32・36)が設けられていることを特徴とする内視鏡プローブ。 2. 支持ライン(2)が、繊維状の耐火材でできた可撓性ケーシング(20)で覆われ た編成ワイヤで作られた管状金属強化材(19)で構成される請求項1に記載の内視 鏡プローブ。 3. 撮影装置(26)がフォトダイオードマトリクスを有するカメラである請求項1 に記載の内視鏡プローブ。 4. 検査ヘッドを回転させる手段が、支持ラインに固定され、検査ヘッドの内壁 と係合するピニオン(35)を有する駆動シャフト(34)を駆動するモータ(33)で構成 される請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブ。 5. 検査ヘッドの角度位置を調節する手段が固定部分(11)に取付けられたインク リメンタルエンコーダー(32)で構成される請求項1または4に記載の内視鏡プロー ブ。 6. 交換部分(12)が対物レンズ(23)が取り付けられた横方向開口(27)を壁に有し 、対物レンズ(23)は反射プリズム(24)と組み合わされ、反射プリズム(24)は受取 った映像をプローブヘッドの軸線方向に沿って反射プリズムのすぐ近くの光学軸 線(22)の方向へ戻す、請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブ。 7. 交換部分(12)がプローブノーズ(40')に形成された縦方向開口(27')を壁に有 し、この開口(27')には受取った映像をそのすぐ近くの光学軸線(22')に直接伝達 する対物レンズ(23)が取り付けられている請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブで。 8. 検査ヘッド(1)が連結される支持ライン(2)の端部がコネクター(49)で構成さ れ、このコネクター(49)の一方の端部は回転継手(10)の当接面(14)を有し、その 反対側端部は支持ラインの残りの部分と一緒に着脱可能な剛性連結継手(16、17) を有する請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブ。 9. 固定部分(11)を交換部分(12)に連結する着脱可能な剛性連結継手が刻み目を 有するリング44で構成される請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブ。 10. 冷却空気を内部循環させる手段を有する請求項1に記載の内視鏡プローブ。
