Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの切削体(3,3’,3”)を有する切削工具(1,1’, 15)を製造する方法にして、 −切削工具(1,1’,15)のベース体(2,16)が切削体(3,3’,3 ’’)の製造の間、動かされ、 −切削材料粒子(12)を含有する物質(4)が上記動かされたベース体(2, 16)の担持表面(5,5’,5”)上に施与され、 −上記物質(4)が担持表面(5,5’,5”)上で溶融し、切削体(3,3’ ,3”)を形成するように固化して担持表面(5,5’,5”)と一体化する ような方法において、 −上記担持表面(5’,5”)がベース体(2,16)の移動方向(10,10 ’)で任意に多数の面区分(17’,17”)に分割可能であること、及び −各面区分(17’,17”)が少なくともその上に施与された上記物質(4) の凝固時間の間に重力方向(G)と反対方向に動くこと を特徴とする方法。 2.担持表面の面区分(17’,17”)の表面垂線(26)と重力方向(G) とが共同で、少なくとも夫々の面区分(17’,17”)上に施与された物質( 4)の凝固時間の間、角度(± w)を囲み、当該角度(±w)に90°≧w≧60°が当てはまることを特徴と する請求項1に係る方法。 3.ベース体(2)の並進動作(10)を特徴とする請求項1又は2に係る方法 。 4.ベース体(16)の回転動作(10’)を特徴とする請求項1又は2に係る 方法。 5.金属粉末(14)と切削材料粒子(12)とを含有する物質(4)が担持表 面(5’,5”)上に施与され溶融することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれ か一項に係る方法。 6.切削材料粒子(12)がダイヤモンド粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1 〜5のいずれか一項に係る方法。 7.上記物質(4)が担持表面(5’,5”)上に射出されることを特徴とする 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に係る方法。 8.上記物質(4)がレーザビーム(9)のエネルギーによって担持表面(5’ ,5”)上で溶融されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に係る方 法。 9.切削体(3’,3”)が鋳造、特に型鋳造にしたがって製作されることを特 徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に係る方法。 10.少なくとも1つの切削体(3,3’,3”)を有する切削工具(1,1’ ,15)を製造するための装置にして、 −移動方向(10,10’)にベース体(2,16)を駆動する駆動装置と、 −切削材料粒子(12)を含有する物質(4)を工具ベース体 (2,16)の担持表面(5,5’,5”)上に施与する供給装置(6)と、 −切削体(3,3’,3”)の製造のために担持表面(5,5’,5”)上で上 記物質(4)を溶融し担持表面(5,5’,5”)に結合する加熱装置(7)と を備えてなる装置において、 −上記担持表面(5’,5”)が工具ベース体(2,16)の移動方向(10, 10’)で任意に多数の面区分(17’,17”)に分割可能であること、及び −少なくとも施与された上記物質(4)の凝固時間の間に各面区分(17’,1 7”)が重力方向(G)と反対方向に動くことを特徴とする装置。 11.少なくとも夫々の面区分(17’,17”)上に施与された物質(4)の 凝固時間の間に、上記面区分(17’,17”)の表面垂線(26)と重力方向 (G)とが共同で角度(±w)を囲み、90°≧w≧60°が当てはまることを 特徴とする請求項10に係る装置。 12.駆動装置としての並進装置(10)を特徴とする請求項10又は11に係 る装置。 13.駆動装置としての回転装置(10’)を特徴とする請求項10又は11に 係る装置。 14.供給装置としての供給ノズル(6)のノズル開口(18)が担持表面(5 ’,5”)の方に向いていることを特徴とする請求 項10〜13のいずれか一項に係る装置。 15.加熱装置がレーザ(7)であり、特にソリッドレーザであり、そのレーザ ビーム(9)が担持表面(5’,5”)の方に向いていることを特徴とする請求 項10〜14のいずれか一項に係る装置。 16.レーザビーム軸線(19)が重力方向(G)に対しほぼ横向きに延びてい ることを特徴とする請求項15に係る装置。 17.レーザビーム軸線(19)が照射された担持表面面区分(17’,17” )に対しほぼ垂直であることを特徴とする請求項16に係る装置。 18.供給ノズル(6)の軸線(20)とレーザ(7)のビーム軸線(19)と が鋭角を囲むことを特徴とする請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に係る装置。 19.ノズル軸線(20)とレーザビーム軸線(19)によって形成される頂点 (21)が担持表面(5’,5”)から間隔をおき、担持体の塊内にあることを 特徴とする請求項18に係る装置。 20.担持表面(5’,5”)が、当該担持表面(5’,5”)を越えて上記物 質(4)の供給側(24)の方向に突出し供給側(24)を担持表面(5’,5 ”)につなぐ注ぎ込み凹部(25)を囲む型(22,22’)によって包まれる ことを特徴とする請求項10〜19のいずれか一項に係る装置。
