Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 例えば自動車の搭載電源の制御のための、発電機用発電機レギュレータで あって、発電機の出力電圧が制御され、発電機の励磁巻線を介して流れる励磁電 流が制御される形式のものにおいて、 励磁巻線(12)を制御するトランジスタ出力段(14)の飽和電圧が基準電 圧(UREF)と比較され、この比較の結果に依存して励磁電流がパルス幅変調さ れることを特徴とする発電機用発電機レギュレータ。( 2. 前記飽和電圧は、パルス幅変調に基づいて生じる、トランジスタ出力段( 14)の各切換周期毎に新たに基準電圧(UREF)と比較される、請求項1記載 の発電機レギュレータ。 3. 前記飽和電圧と基準電圧(UREF)の比較は、前記トランジスタ出力段( 14)のスイッチオンの後の所定の遅延期間終了時に行われる、請求項1又は2 記載の発電機レギュレータ。 4. 前記遅延期間は、設定可能な遅延手段(28)によって設定可能であり、 該遅延手段はフリップフロップ(18)をトリガし、該フリップフロップ(18 )の入力側は、飽和電圧と基準電圧(UREF)を比較する比較器(16)に接続 されており、前記フリップフロップ(18)の出力側は、トランジスタ出力段( 14)を遮断するフリップフロップ(26)のリセット 入力側(R)に接続されている、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の発電機レギュ レータ。 5. 前記遅延時点にて飽和電圧が基準電圧(UREF)を上回った場合に、トラ ンジスタ出力段(14)が目下の切換周期の残りに対してスイッチオフされ続け る、請求項4記載の発電機レギュレータ。 6. 前記遅延手段(28)の遅延期間は、励磁巻線(12)を介した継続的な 短絡のもとでもトランジスタ出力段(14)の繰り返される短時間のスイッチオ ンが損害を伴わずに克服されるように選択される、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記 載の発電機レギュレータ。 7. 目下の切換周期内で遅延期間経過後に飽和電圧が基準電圧(UREF)を上 周ると、トランジスタ出力段(14)の遮断が直ちにトリガされる、請求項1〜 6いずれか1項記載の発電機レギュレータ。 8. トランジスタ出力段(14)の切換周期期間中に飽和電圧が基準電圧(UREF )を上回った場合に、パルス幅が次の切換周期期間中に低減される、請求項 1〜7いずれか1項記載の発電機レギュレータ。
