Claims (4)
板の少なくとも一方の基板の周縁部にシール材を塗布し
てシール部となし、該基板のシール部の内側に所定量の
液晶を滴下し、他方の基板上にはスペーサ材を固着さ
せ、基板同士を貼り合わせ、シール材を硬化させてパネ
ルとなす液晶表示素子の製造方法において、 前記一対の基板の少なくともいずれかを、基板同士を貼
り合わせる前に真空容器に収容し、該真空容器を減圧し
て基板に付着した不用付着物を除去することを特徴とす
る液晶表示素子の製造方法。1.
