なり処理量も多くなり、効率アップを図ることができる
ので、多量の生ごみを処理する必要のある業務用生ごみ
処理装置として極めて優れている。また、本発明業務用
生ごみ処理装置は、生ごみの投入から生ごみ処理機まで
の作業がすべて密閉状態で行われるので、生ごみの臭い
が外部へもれることもなく、然も事故の虞れがなく安全
に作業できる。更に、本発明業務用生ごみ処理装置は、
生ごみ処理機を除き、一次破砕機、二次破砕機、脱水機
および各コンベアがすべて洗浄水で洗浄して清潔に保つ
