The hammering mechanism 130 comprises a driving assembly, a hammering main shaft 131 connected with a power output end of the driving assembly, and a plurality of hammering knife plates 132 arranged on the hammering main shaft 131 at intervals, a garbage conveying channel 140 is formed in a gap between every two adjacent hammering knife plates 132, and a plurality of hammering knives 133 are arranged on the hammering knife plates 132. The housing 110 is provided with a feeding hole 111, a first discharging hole 112 and a second discharging hole 113 respectively communicated with the garbage disposal chamber 120. Referring to fig. 1, a sieve plate 121 allowing the garbage to pass through is disposed on a side wall of the garbage disposal chamber 120 corresponding to the first discharge port 112, the feed port 111 and the second discharge port 113 are respectively disposed at two ends of the garbage disposal chamber 120, and the feed port 111 is disposed opposite to the first discharge port 112. When the hammering spindle 131 is driven to rotate, the garbage entering the garbage disposal chamber 120 from the feeding port 111 is hammered by the hammering knife 133, the garbage capable of passing through the sieve plate 121 is discharged from the first discharging port 112, and the rest of the garbage is conveyed to the second discharging port 113 along the garbage conveying channel 140 and discharged.
The hammering mechanism 130 of the sorting bag breaking device can hammer and break the garbage entering the garbage disposal chamber 120, the garbage with the particle size smaller than or equal to the aperture on the sieve plate 121 in the broken garbage can be sieved out from the sieve plate 121, and the hammering mechanism 130 can form certain pressure on the garbage in the garbage conveying channel 140 in the rotating process so as to assist the garbage to be quickly discharged from the sieve plate 121; the garbage with the particle size larger than the aperture of the sieve plate 121 in the crushed garbage can move along the garbage conveying channel 140, the garbage in the garbage conveying channel 140 is pushed to the second discharge port 113 in the rotation process of the hammering mechanism 130, and the garbage with large particle size is discharged from the second discharge port 113. In the application process, light substances in the kitchen waste are discharged along the second discharge hole 113, and organic substances are crushed and then discharged from the sieve plate 121.
Therefore, the kitchen waste sorting and treating equipment provided by the application realizes uniform sorting of kitchen waste through the sorting and bag breaking device, is fast and efficient, can replace the existing manual sorting mode, and can simultaneously achieve the purposes of separation and treatment in one-time treatment compared with the existing simple kitchen waste treating machine; compared with the existing garbage disposer with a complex structure, the garbage disposer has a simple functional structure, effectively sorts and disposes garbage, reduces the structural complexity and is convenient to maintain.
In an embodiment, the breaking spindle 131 is a polygonal cylindrical structural member, the breaking blade 132 is provided with a mounting hole adapted to the breaking spindle 131, and a spacer sleeve is disposed between two adjacent breaking blade 132 and is sleeved on the breaking spindle 131. In a specific manufacturing process, the hammering spindle 131 may be an octagonal cylinder structure, but may also be a triangular cylinder structure, a quadrangular cylinder structure, a pentagonal cylinder structure, a hexagonal cylinder structure, or the like. The polygonal column structure does not slip relative to the cylindrical structure in the rotating process, and the reliable linkage of the hammer breaking knife plate 132 and the hammer breaking main shaft 131 can be ensured. The hammering cutter plate 132 and the hammering spindle 131 may be detachably connected or may be fixedly connected integrally.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the hammering plate 132 is a disc-shaped structure, a plurality of hammering knives 133 are uniformly disposed on the outer edge of the hammering plate 132, when the hammering spindle 131 is driven to rotate, the hammering plate 132 drives the hammering knives 133 thereon to rotate around the central axis of the hammering spindle 131, so as to crush the garbage entering the garbage disposal chamber 120, and the crushed garbage is transported to the first discharge port 112 and the second discharge port 113 along the garbage transport channel 140.
In one embodiment, the plurality of hammering plates 132 are uniformly arranged on the hammering spindle 131, the hammering knives 133 are spirally distributed on the plurality of hammering plates 132, and when the hammering spindle 131 is driven to rotate, the rotating tracks of the plurality of hammering knives 133 are spiral.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 6, a plurality of breaking knives 133 are uniformly disposed on one side of the breaking knife plate 132, and the breaking knife 133 of one breaking knife plate 132 abuts against another breaking knife plate 132 adjacent to the breaking knife plate. The hammering cutter 133 includes a cutter seat 1331 and one or more cutter teeth 1332 disposed on the cutter seat 1331, the cutter teeth 1332 are uniformly arranged on the cutter seat 1331, a central axis of the cutter seat 1331 is parallel to a central axis of the hammering spindle 131, and a central axis of the cutter teeth 1332 is perpendicular to the central axis of the cutter seat 1331. The hammer crushing blades 133 on two adjacent hammer crushing blade plates 132 are staggered.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, one end of the hammer main shaft 131 is a driving end 1311, the other end is a driven end 1312, and the driving end 1311 is provided with a pulley 150. The driving assembly comprises a motor, a driving wheel connected to the output end of the motor, and a belt sleeved on the driving wheel and the belt pulley 150, and the hammer crushing main shaft 131 is driven by the belt to rotate. One end of the garbage disposal chamber 120 is provided with a first mounting seat 122 matched with the driving end 1311, and the other end is provided with a second mounting seat 124 matched with the driven end 1312; a bearing seat matched with the driving end 1311 is arranged on the first mounting seat 122, and the driving end 1311 penetrates through the bearing seat and then is connected with the belt pulley 150; the second mounting seat 124 is provided with a bearing seat adapted to the driven end 1312.
In one embodiment, the garbage disposal chamber 120 is provided with a discharging cylinder base 123 at an end close to the first mounting base 122, the discharging cylinder base 123 is provided with a passage for allowing the hammering mechanism 130 to pass through, and the discharging cylinder base 123 is provided with a second discharging hole 113 communicated with the passage. The garbage disposal chamber 120 is provided with a connecting ring 125 at one end close to the second mounting seat 124, one end of the sieve plate 121 is connected with the discharging cylinder seat 123, the other end is connected with the connecting ring 125, a discharging hopper 114 is arranged outside the sieve plate 121, and a first discharging port 112 is formed on the discharging hopper 114.
In one embodiment, the garbage disposal chamber 120 is a horizontally disposed cylindrical structure. The feeding hole 111 is close to the driven end 1312 of the hammer crushing main shaft 131, and the opening of the feeding hole 111 faces upwards; the first discharge port 112 is close to the driven end 1312 of the hammering main shaft 131, the second discharge port 113 is close to the driving end 1311 of the hammering main shaft 131, and the openings of the first discharge port 112 and the second discharge port 113 face downwards. Referring to fig. 4, the second discharging hole 113 in fig. 4 is a slope-shaped discharging hole arranged obliquely downward, and the arrangement of a certain slope is convenient for discharging the garbage.
Example four
This embodiment will explain the structure and the garbage disposal process of the screw press device 300 provided in the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a feeding port 340 of the spiral squeezing device 300 is connected with a first discharge port of the sorting bag-breaking device 100, the feeding port 340 is disposed below the first discharge port, the squeezing chamber 310 is of a horizontally arranged cylindrical structure, an oil-water discharge port 350 and a slag discharge port 380 are both disposed on a side wall of the squeezing chamber 310, the oil-water discharge port 350 is disposed at the bottom of the squeezing chamber 310, the squeezing chamber 310 is provided with a filtering component 370, the oil-water discharge port 350 is connected with an oil-water collecting pipe 360, and the oil-water collecting pipe 360 sends oil water squeezed by the spiral squeezing mechanism 320 into the buffer tank.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 7, the screw press mechanism 320 includes a press motor, a power shaft 330 connected to a power output end of the press motor, and a sheet-like screw spirally wound on the power shaft 330, wherein the power shaft 330 is driven by the press motor to rotate so that the sheet-like screw thereon presses the slag entering the press chamber 310.
EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment describes the structure and the garbage disposal process of the spiral conveying device 400 provided in the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the receiving opening 440 of the screw conveyor 400 is located below the slag discharge opening 380 and correspondingly communicated with the slag discharge opening 380, the conveying chamber 410 is of a tubular structure, the conveying screw mechanism 420 includes a driving part and a conveying screw spindle 430 connected with a power output end of the driving part, a sheet screw is spirally wound on the conveying screw spindle 430, the sheet screw rotates along with the conveying screw spindle 430 to convey the garbage in the conveying chamber 410, and the garbage in the conveying chamber 410 is discharged into the garbage can from the output opening 450.
To sum up, integrated material loading attachment, the broken bagging apparatus of sorting, spiral squeezing device and spiral delivery mechanism have on the kitchen garbage sorting treatment facility that this application provided. The kitchen waste sorting and treating equipment provided by the application realizes uniform sorting of the hammered waste through the sorting and bag breaking device, is quick and efficient, can replace the existing manual sorting mode, and can simultaneously achieve the purposes of separation and treatment in one-time treatment compared with the existing simple kitchen waste treating machine; compared with the existing garbage disposer with a complex structure, the garbage disposer has a simple functional structure, effectively sorts and disposes garbage, reduces the structural complexity and is convenient to maintain. Furthermore, the kitchen garbage sorting and processing equipment provided by the application can be used for squeezing organic garbage penetrating through the sieve plate into oil water and material residues through the spiral squeezing device, the oil water is discharged from the oil water discharge port, and the material residues are discharged from the material residue discharge port. Furthermore, the material slag discharged from the material slag discharge port can be conveyed into the conveying cavity through the spiral conveying device, and then the material slag is conveyed to the output port through the spiral mechanism in the conveying cavity to be discharged. Consequently, the kitchen garbage sorting and processing equipment that this application provided collects the kitchen garbage sorting, broken bag, breakage, squeezes as an organic whole, and the very big space area occupied who has saved refuse treatment does not have a wet separation with kitchen garbage mixture through integration equipment, does benefit to the reuse of next separation resources's reprocessing, alleviates the pollution degree of rubbish to the environment.

the feeding device is used for feeding the feeding hole of the sorting bag breaking device;
the sorting bag breaking device comprises a garbage treatment chamber communicated with the feeding hole, and a first discharging hole and a second discharging hole which are formed in the side wall of the garbage treatment chamber, wherein a sieve plate allowing garbage to pass through is arranged at the first discharging hole;
the spiral squeezing device comprises a squeezing cavity, a spiral squeezing mechanism arranged in the squeezing cavity, and a feeding port, an oil-water discharging port and a material residue discharging port which are respectively communicated with the squeezing cavity, garbage output from the first discharging port enters the squeezing cavity through the feeding port and is squeezed into oil water and material residue by the spiral squeezing mechanism, the oil water is discharged from the oil-water discharging port, and the material residue is discharged from the material residue discharging port;
the spiral conveying device comprises a conveying cavity, a conveying spiral mechanism arranged in the conveying cavity, and a material receiving port and an output port which are communicated with the conveying cavity respectively, wherein material slag discharged from a material slag discharge port enters the conveying cavity through the material receiving port, and is conveyed to the output port by the conveying spiral mechanism to be discharged.
2. The kitchen waste sorting and processing device according to claim 1, further comprising a pre-processing conveying device, wherein the pre-processing conveying device comprises a hopper, a feeding chamber communicated with the hopper, a spiral conveying mechanism arranged in the feeding chamber, and a feeding port communicated with the feeding chamber, and the feeding port is communicated with the feeding hole of the sorting bag breaking device;
the spiral conveying mechanism comprises a driving motor and a spiral conveying shaft connected with a power output end of the driving motor, a flaky spiral is spirally wound on the spiral conveying shaft and used for crushing and conveying the garbage in the feeding cavity;
the feeding device realizes the feeding of the sorting bag breaking device through the pretreatment conveying device.

The kitchen waste sorting and processing device according to claim 1, wherein the loading device comprises a loading rail, a conveying hopper and a driving mechanism, the conveying hopper is arranged on the loading rail, the conveying hopper is used for conveying the garbage can, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the conveying hopper, so that the conveying hopper moves back and forth along the loading rail;
the driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic rod, one end of the hydraulic rod is arranged in the hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of the hydraulic rod is connected with the conveying hopper;
the conveying hopper is connected with the feeding rail through a rotating mechanism, when the conveying hopper moves to the feeding position of the feeding rail, the conveying hopper is driven by a hydraulic rod to overturn through the rotating mechanism, and therefore the dustbin placed in the conveying hopper is toppled.
4. The kitchen waste sorting and processing device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding port and the second discharging port are respectively arranged at two ends of the waste processing chamber, and the feeding port is arranged opposite to the first discharging port;
the hammering mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a hammering main shaft and a plurality of hammering knife boards, wherein the hammering main shaft is connected with the power output end of the driving assembly, the hammering knife boards are arranged on the hammering main shaft at intervals, a garbage conveying channel is formed in a gap between every two adjacent hammering knife boards, and a plurality of hammering knives are arranged on the hammering knife boards.

The kitchen waste sorting and processing device according to claim 4, wherein the hammering main shaft is a polygonal cylindrical structural member, mounting holes matched with the hammering main shaft are formed in the hammering knife plates, a spacing sleeve is arranged between every two adjacent hammering knife plates, and the spacing sleeve is sleeved on the hammering main shaft;
the hammering knife plate is a disc-shaped structural member, a plurality of hammering knives are uniformly arranged on the outer edge of the hammering knife plate, when the hammering spindle is driven to rotate, the hammering knives on the hammering knife plate are driven by the hammering knife plate to rotate along the central axis of the hammering spindle so as to crush the garbage entering the garbage treatment chamber, and the crushed garbage is conveyed to a first discharge port and a second discharge port along the garbage conveying channel;
the hammering breaking knife plates are uniformly distributed on the hammering breaking main shaft, the hammering breaking knives are spirally distributed on the hammering breaking knife plates, and when the hammering breaking main shaft is driven to rotate, the rotating tracks of the hammering breaking knives are spiral; hammer crushing cutters on two adjacent hammer crushing cutter plates are arranged in a staggered mode;
one end of the hammer breaking main shaft is a driving end, the other end of the hammer breaking main shaft is a driven end, and the driving end is provided with a belt pulley; the driving assembly comprises a motor, a driving wheel connected to the output end of the motor and a belt sleeved on the driving wheel and a belt pulley, and the hammering main shaft is driven by the belt to rotate;
the garbage disposal chamber is of a horizontally arranged cylinder structure; the feeding hole is close to the driven end of the hammering main shaft, and the opening of the feeding hole is upward; the first discharge port is close to the driven end of the hammer breaking main shaft, the second discharge port is close to the driving end of the hammer breaking main shaft, and openings of the first discharge port and the second discharge port face downwards.

The kitchen waste sorting and treating device according to claim 1, wherein a feed inlet of the spiral squeezing device is connected with a first discharge outlet of the sorting bag breaking device, the feed inlet is arranged below the first discharge outlet, the squeezing chamber is of a horizontally arranged cylindrical structure, the oil-water discharge outlet and the slag discharge outlet are both arranged on a side wall of the squeezing chamber, the oil-water discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom of the squeezing chamber, and an oil-water collecting pipe is connected to the oil-water discharge outlet and sends oil water squeezed by the spiral squeezing mechanism into the buffer tank;
the squeezing chamber is provided with a filtering component;
the spiral squeezing mechanism comprises a squeezing motor, a power shaft connected with a power output end of the squeezing motor and a flaky spiral spirally wound on the power shaft, and the power shaft is driven by the squeezing motor to rotate so that the flaky spiral on the power shaft squeezes the material slag entering the squeezing chamber.
