Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon frame and a wagon truck used for the case that a light weight foamed concrete (ALC) panel or the like is manufactured and the wagon frame and the wagon truck capable of satisfactorily thermally curing a semiplastic. SOLUTION: The wagon frame is obtained by arranging a plurality of beam materials 11 for placing the semiplastic W at a predetermined interval in a drainboardlike state on the upper part of a body frame 10 of a planar substantially square framelike state and vertically laminating the frame 10 in multi- stage in a state in which the semiplastic is placed on the materials 11. The wagon truck is obtained by arranging a plurality of the materials 11 for placing the semiplastic W at a predetermined interval in a drainboardlike state on the upper part of the frame 20 of the planar substantially square framelike state, and laminating the frame 1 on the truck frame in a state that the semiplastic W is placed on the materials 11.

2. Description of the Related Art In manufacturing an ALC panel as described above, a slurry as a raw material is put into a mold or the like to form a semi-plastic body having a predetermined size and shape, and the semi-plastic body is heated in an autoclave. Curing to produce panels,
Conventionally, when performing the heat curing, only the mold of the mold is removed, and the semi-plastic body is guided to the autoclave while being placed on the bottom plate of the mold.

However, when the semi-plastic body is heat-cured while being placed on the bottom plate as described above, the bottom plate is exposed to high-temperature and high-pressure steam for a long time, and expansion and contraction are repeated due to heating and cooling, resulting in irregular dimensions. There are problems such as occurrence of deformation, deformation and corrosion, and reduction in durability.

A release material is usually provided on the surface of the bottom plate so that the semi-plastic body can be easily peeled off from the bottom plate after heat curing. Accuracy and quality may be adversely affected.
Furthermore, since the above-mentioned bottom plate is usually formed by a single plate,
During curing in an autoclave, there is a problem that steam is difficult to spread over the entire semi-plastic body.

The wagon frame 1 shown in the figure is provided on an upper part of a main body frame 10 having a substantially rectangular frame shape formed of channel steel or the like.
This is a configuration in which a plurality of beam members 11 on which the semi-plastic body W is placed are arranged at a predetermined interval so as to be arranged in a cage shape. The above-mentioned interval is set to such an extent that steam sufficiently spreads when the semi-plastic body W is heat-cured in an autoclave, and the semi-plastic body does not hang down between the adjacent girder members 11 or an unreasonable load is applied. . Specifically, for example, it is preferably about 10 to 30 mm.

The wagon frame 1 is inserted into an autoclave together with the semi-plastic body when the semi-plastic body is thermally cured, and heating and cooling are repeated at that time.
In addition, since the wagon frame 1 is exposed to high-temperature and high-pressure steam for a long time, not only the load but also heat and corrosion resistance is used as the shape and material of the main body frame 10 and the girder members 11 and the like. There is a need. As its material,
For example, a metal, particularly iron is preferable from the viewpoint of cost.

Each of the above-mentioned beam members 11 has a structure in which both ends in the longitudinal direction are mounted on the upper surface of the main body frame 10 via a thin metal plate 13 or the like, and are fixed by bolts or welding.
A spacer 14 for positioning and maintaining a gap is interposed between adjacent beam members 11. Further, the girder member 11 may be subjected to a rust prevention treatment such as a thermal spray coating treatment in order to prevent the surface from rusting and adhering to the semi-plastic body. In the present embodiment, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, The stainless steel thermal spray treatment which is excellent in corrosiveness and low cost is applied.

Further, when the wagon frame 1 is repeatedly used for a long time, the main body frame 10 and the girder 11 are rusted, or when the wagon frame 1 is carried into an autoclave, or in the autoclave, If dust, dirt, or debris of a semi-plastic body adheres to 11 and drops together with the drain of steam during heat curing, and adheres to the semi-plastic body, it will stain. In order to prevent this, a dust-proof cover plate may be provided on the lower surface side of the girder member 11. In the present embodiment, the frame 10 is closed so as to close the inner front surface of the main frame 10 having a substantially rectangular frame shape. A cover plate 15 made of a single stainless steel plate is attached to the upper part of the inner surface.

At this time, the beam members 11 of the wagon frame 1 and the wagon truck 2 are arranged in a row at a predetermined interval as described above, and the adjacent beam members 11.1 are arranged.
Since both end portions between the openings 1 are laterally opened, steam flows into the space between the adjacent beam members 11 from the opening. The steam flowing between the adjacent beam members 11 is guided to the lower surface of the semi-plastic body W between the adjacent beam members 11 and between the main body frame 10 and the semi-plastic body W, and It is guided to the upper surface side of the semi-plastic living body W through the space between the cover plate 15 and the semi-plastic body W. Girder 11
The steam directly acts on substantially the entire peripheral surface of the semi-plastic living body W excluding the contact surface with the heat-curable living body W, so that good thermal curing can be achieved.
