Further, in the exterior panel of the present invention, by setting the length of the height adjusting bolt (52) of the fixing hardware (5), the heat insulating material (A) in the panel member (A) can be set according to the location conditions. The thickness of 2) can be made sufficiently thick. Then, the exterior material (4) is substantially connected to the wall (1) by the height adjusting bolts (52) of the fixing hardware (5) (and the height adjusting bolts of the intermediate fixing hardware (8)). In addition, the heat bridge between indoor and outdoor can be further reduced, and the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating material (2) can be sufficiently exhibited. When the heat insulating sheet (7) is interposed on the back side of the base metal part (51) of the fixed metal part (5), the heat bridge between the wall (1) and the base metal part (51) can be reduced. The heat insulation effect can be further enhanced.

As in the case of the fixing hardware (5), the outer metal receiving material (83) of the intermediate fixing metal (8) is fixed to the anchor-fixed base metal (81) by height adjusting bolts. The level of unevenness is adjusted, and the side edge of the exterior material (4) is directly attached thereto, thereby defining the attachment level of the intermediate portion of the panel member (A). Therefore, in the exterior panel of the present invention, the mounting level of the intermediate portion of the panel member (A) can be made uniform only by tightening the nut. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the middle portion of the panel member (A) from swaying, and to further enhance the mounting strength of the panel member (A).
