直荷重の両方に強くなり、地震等の振動や台風等の外圧
に強い構造となる。既存のALC外壁を解体する必要
がないので、施工工数を省略できると共に、工期を大幅
に短縮することができ、しかも施工中の居住に何等支障
を来さない。既存のALC外壁上に新規外壁を形成す
るので、施工が簡単でコストを節約できる。既存のA
LC外壁と新規のサンドイッチパネルとの2重壁構造と
なり、断熱性、防音性、防火性に富む構造となる。補
強材には任意形状に形成、もしくは加工を施して捻れ、
弛みを生じにくくした長尺状の金属板体を使用すれば、
強力な補強となり、かつ補強材が施工の際にも直線状の
形状を維持するので、施工が極めて容易である。等の特

既存のALC外壁面に対して斜め方向に、両端を釘等の
固定具で固定する際にその端部が躯体を構成する骨材に
打設されるように2本一対で配し、該補強材上から長尺
状の金属平板からなる胴縁を縦方向に配して少なくとも
躯体の横材と交差する箇所にて固定具によって打設し、
該胴縁上から断面逆T字状のジョイナーを横材に沿って
新規外壁を形成するサンドイッチパネルの働き幅とほぼ
同じ上下の間隔を有するように配し、該ジョイナーを横
目地部に介して、合成樹脂発泡体を芯材とするサンドイ
ッチパネルを取り付けることを特徴とするALC外壁の
改修構造。
