Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a hard wall material in which male and female real portions are substantially formed in a fixed shape. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mounting structure in which a hard wall material is fixed to a wall base through a mounting member having heat insulation and fire resistance without being directly driven by a fixing device such as a nail. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, many hard wall materials, particularly ceramic-based hard wall materials mainly made of cement, have a male / female portion having a definite structure formed on both side edges in the longitudinal direction. Has been launched. Then, when these hard wall materials are fixed to the wall foundation, a method is usually adopted in which a mounting hole is drilled on site by a drill and nails are driven. 62-13
No. 1532, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 2-3636, and Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Application Publication No. 2-36540, and a board is mounted as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-27148 and Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Application Publication No. 2-83939. A method is disclosed in which a fixing piece is formed and attached to the fixing piece. [0003] However, when the hard wall material is directly fixed, the hard wall material is broken by a drill, a hammer or the like when drilling or fixing with a nail. In many cases, this was a problem in construction. In addition, although the above-mentioned drawbacks have been eliminated, there is an increase in the construction period, a problem of waterproofness, prevention of fire, a problem of fire resistance, etc. Skill is required, and there is a problem in waterproofness and fireproof heat insulating properties. In particular, JIS-A-1301 (fire test method for wooden parts of buildings), JIS-A-1302 (fire protection for non-combustible structures of buildings) None of them could pass the fire protection structural test (test method). Furthermore, in the unlikely event that the hard wall material breaks down after construction, it has been very difficult to replace it. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problem by attaching the fixtures to each other in such a manner that the fixtures are overlapped on the installation pieces and connected via the fixtures from the fixtures. As it was fixed to the wall base, the engaging groove of the hard wall material was fitted and engaged with the engaging piece of the fixture, and the hard wall material was attached by fitting the male part into the fitting groove, There is no failure to break the hard wall material with a drill, hammer, etc., no joint adjustment is required, the workability and waterproofness are improved, and even if the hard wall material breaks after construction, it can be easily replaced, and Since the mounting member is made into a panel shape by sandwiching a core member made of a synthetic resin foam between a front surface material and a back surface material, a mounting structure of a hard wall material having improved heat insulation and fire resistance is provided. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an embodiment of a mounting structure for a hard wall material according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the mounting structure, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are partially cutaway perspective views showing a hard wall material A and a mounting tool B used for the mounting structure. The hard wall material A is made of a cement plate, a calcium carbonate plate, a calcium silicate plate, a ceramic plate, a wood chip cement plate, a magnesium carbonate plate, or the like, or glass fiber, whisker, aramid fiber, steel fiber, carbon fiber, and various minerals. Extrusion molding, press molding, injection molding, papermaking method or the like mixed with fibers, various aggregates, etc., or various fibers are woven in a cross shape, three-dimensional shape,
It is formed by drying, steam curing, and firing a panel formed by impregnating it with cement, clay, etc. [0007] More specifically, the hard wall material A is shown in FIG.
(A) As shown in FIG.
Of the female female part 3 and the engaging groove 4 is formed at a notch corner of the female female part 3. In FIG. 2 (b), a hook groove 5 is provided at the tip of the male part 2 and a plurality of hollow holes 6 are provided in the hard wall material A in parallel with the longitudinal direction to save raw materials and reduce the weight of the material. Has formed. The fixture B functions as a base and fixing material for the hard wall material A. As shown in FIG. 3, a long plate in which a core material 9 made of a heat insulating material is sandwiched between a surface material 7 and a back material 8. Body. More specifically, the surface material 7 mainly rolls a metal thin plate such as a color steel plate, an aluminum / zinc alloy-plated steel plate, an aluminum plate, a titanium plate, a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, a fluororesin coated steel plate, a clad steel plate, a laminated steel plate, and a vibration damping steel plate. It is formed by molding or press molding, or formed by extruding an aluminum alloy, a synthetic resin body or the like into a long or short shape. As shown in FIG. 3, for example, the shape of the surface material 7 is a support piece 10 having a substantially vertical plane in cross section, side walls 11 and 12 having upper and lower ends of the support piece 10 bent inward, and one side wall. 11 is bent upward to form a male connecting portion 14 comprising a support piece 10 and an installation piece 13 extending substantially parallel to the fixing piece, and the other side wall 12 is bent downward to extend substantially parallel to the support piece 10. 15, a base 16 in which the tip of the fixing piece 15 is bent outward at a substantially right angle, an engaging piece 17 in which the tip of the base 16 is bent upward in a substantially U shape, and a tip of the engaging piece 17 as it is. A female connecting portion 19 formed by a pressing piece 18 extending downward and a pressing piece 18 is formed. The center of the supporting piece 10 of the surface material 7 is slightly
At least one concave portion 20 is formed in a concave shape.
You. In FIG. 3, a catching piece 21 is formed in which the tip of the pressing piece 18 is bent toward the back side. Further, the installation piece 13, the concave portion 20, and the fixing piece 15 are formed with one or more ribs 22 of uneven ridges, which improve the strength of the surface material 7, and serve as a positioning guide and a fixing tool β for connection. It functions as a guide for installation. Furthermore core 9 are those obtained by mixing the urethane foam, foams, phenolic foams, synthetic resin foam such as PVC foam, or an inorganic lightweight aggregate of pearlite grains such as these forms, at least the surface material The back surface of the support piece 10 and the installation piece 13 of FIG. 7 is filled to add heat insulation, fire protection, fire resistance, sound insulation, and the like to the present structure, and a structure that passes the fire prevention structure. The back material 8 is a sheet-like material exhibiting functions such as a non-combustible sheet, a waterproof film, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, a packing material, or a metal plate similar to the surface material 7. At least the back surface of the core material 9 is covered so that the fixture B is a sandwich structure. Incidentally, the integration of the surface member 7 and the back surface member 8 and the core material 9, or using self-adhesive when the core material 9 is of a synthetic resin foam,
Alternatively, it is performed using an adhesive (not shown) or the like. Next, the mounting structure of the hard wall material according to the present invention will be described in detail through working examples. Now, it is assumed that a hard wall material A as shown in FIG. 2A and a fixture B as shown in FIG. Therefore, insulation, wooden base comprising a waterproof sheet (not shown), steel base, is fixed on wall base α consisting of existing outer wall or the like, installation piece of the lower fitting B 1 of the male coupling portion 14 13, the fixing piece 15 of the female connecting portion 19 of the upper fitting B 2 is overlapped and connected, and the lower fitting B 1 is placed on the rib 22 of the fixing piece 15.
At the same time, it is fixed via a fixing tool β such as a nail, a screw screw, a tex, or a hex, and the mounting tool B is sequentially mounted on the wall base α from the base to the girder in a horizontal manner. Next, when the installation of the fixture B is completed, the fixture B
In a state where the two are connected to each other, the male part 2 of the hard wall material A is inserted into the substantially U-shaped fitting groove 23 formed by the support piece 10, the bottom 15 and the pressing piece 18, and the mounting fixture B The engaging groove 4 of the hard wall material A is dropped into the engaging piece 17 to be engaged and locked, and the hard wall material A is mounted and fixed on the fixture B. These steps are sequentially performed from the first stage to the n-th stage of the fixture B to form a wall body having the present structure. In the mounting structure as described above, the male portion 2 and the engaging groove 4 of the hard wall material A are formed by the pressing piece 18 and the engaging piece 17 of the mounting tool.
Therefore, there is no nailing or the like on the hard wall material A, and it is possible to prevent the hard wall material A from being damaged during construction. Further, base 16 of the fixture B, by the weight of the engaging piece 17 and the pressing piece 18 is rigid wall material A 2, which is construction in the upper,
Since the male part 2 of the lower hard wall material A 1 is further pressed,
The hard wall material A does not rattle. Furthermore, since there is a certain gap γ in the fitting groove 23 even after the construction, the depth of the engaging groove 4 of the hard wall material A is set to h 1 , and the male part 2 of the hard wall material A is set.
The length of the gap to the bottom 16 of the fixture B When h 2 from, h 2> With relation h 1, even when the hard wall material A is corrupted event after construction, easily in one piece units And the hard wall material A is fixed to the wall base α by the fixing tool β.
May not be directly fixed, and can follow even if a deformation load is applied to the wall foundation α due to an earthquake or the like. The hard wall material A has a width smaller than that of the fixture B.
In this case, the structure is as shown in FIG. That is, FIG.
Has a structure in which just fitted half hard wall material A 3 of the length of the rigid wall material A, as shown in FIG. 2 with the aid fitting C. As shown in FIG. 5, for example, the auxiliary metal fitting C is formed of a material similar to the surface material 7 of the above-mentioned mounting tool B by an equivalent processing method. The shape thereof is formed substantially the same as the female connecting portion 19 of the fixture B.
Base 16, engaging piece 17, pressing piece 18, catching piece 2
1, a rib 22 and a tongue piece 24 in which the tip of the fixing piece 15 is folded in a goby shape. As shown in FIG. 4, this auxiliary metal fitting C has a fixing piece 15 fixed to a wall base α via a fixing tool β in a concave portion 20 formed in the center of the support piece 10 of the mounting tool B. Thus, when the two hard wall materials A are mounted with one mounting tool B, they are used in an auxiliary manner. FIGS. 6 to 9 are cross-sectional views showing other examples of the hard wall material A and the mounting fixture B used in the hard wall material mounting structure according to the present invention. That is, FIG.
(F) is a modified example of the hard wall material A, in which the thickness, the length, and the shape of the decorative surface 1 are each deformed. FIGS. 7 to 9 show modifications of the fixture B. FIG. 7A shows two or more recesses 20 formed with a single fixture B and a plurality of hard wall materials A. examples which may be attached to, FIG. 7 (b) to form a concave portion 25 on the back member 8,
FIG. 7C shows an example in which a gap for an air cycle can be formed between the base material α and the wall base α. FIG. FIGS. 8A and 8B show the front surface material 7 and the back surface material 8.
8 (c) shows an example in which the hooking piece 21 is deformed, and FIG. 8 (d) shows a case in which a soft packing material 26 is mounted on the engaging piece 17 and the hard wall material A FIG. 9 shows an example in which the adhesion, shock absorption, and waterproofness of the rubber are enhanced.
FIG. 9A shows an example in which a packing material 26 is attached from the engaging piece 17 to the hooking piece 21, and FIG.
FIG. 9C shows an example of a mounting portion B in which holes 27 are formed at an appropriate pitch in the bottom 16 to improve waterproofness and airtightness . As described above, according to the mounting structure for a hard wall material according to the present invention, a fixture is directly installed on the hard wall material,
Since there is no need to drill the mounting holes, it is possible to prevent the hard wall material from being damaged during construction. Since the fixture covers the base of the wall, the wall is excellent in waterproofness, airtightness, heat insulation, fireproofness, fire resistance, and sound insulation. Since the hard wall material is engaged by the fixture and fixed by pressing, the hard wall material can follow deformation of the wall base due to an earthquake or the like, and can prevent breakage and peeling. Since the arrangement position of the hard wall material is determined by the fixture, it is not necessary to perform joint adjustment at the time of mounting the hard wall material, and the work can be performed efficiently. Depending on the dimensional relationship between the hard wall material and the mounting fixture, the hard wall material can be installed after the mounting fixture, which will be both the base and the fixing material, is arranged on the entire surface of the wall base.
Efficiency can be further improved, and when the hard wall material is damaged by an external impact after construction, it can be easily replaced. The mounting fixture for installing hard wall materials does not change the dimensions of the mounting base due to the installation of the mounting fixture,
Since the hard wall material is paired with one fixture, only the joint width is deviated due to the installation error of the fixture, and the structure has improved attachment strength and workability. In the recess of the fixture
