【請求項3】 請求項1において、金属酸化物又は金属硫化物がTi及びSnからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属を含有するリチウム二次電池用正極材料。
【請求項4】 請求項1乃至3のいずれかにおいて、リチウムマンガン複合酸化物の粒子表面に、さらに、金属酸化物及び/又は金属硫化物中の金属元素と異なる価数の金属元素を存在させるリチウム二次電池用正極材料。
【請求項5】 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の正極材料、結着剤及び導電材を含有するリチウム二次電池用正極。
【請求項6】 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の正極材料を用いたリチウム二次電池。
【請求項7】 リチウムマンガン複合酸化物と金属を含有する被覆層原料とを含有したスラリーを噴霧乾燥後、焼成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のリチウム二次電池用正極材料の製造法。
