Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ヒドロペルオキシドを分解して、対応するアルコールおよびケトンを含有 する分解反応混合物を形成するための改善された方法であって、その改善が、触 媒量のNbおよびHfの水酸化物または酸化物からなる群から選ばれる不均一触媒に ヒドロペルオキシドを接触させることにより該ヒドロペルオキシドを分解する工 程を含むことを特徴とする該方法。 2. 前記ヒドロペルオキシドがシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシドであること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記不均一触媒が、SiO2、Al2O3、炭素およびTiO2からなる群から選ばれ る触媒担体に担持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 分解反応温度が約80℃〜約170℃であり、かつ分解反応圧力が約69kPa〜約 2760kPaであることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の方法。 5. 前記反応圧力が約276kPa〜約1380kPaであることを特徴とする請求項4に 記載の方法。 6. 前記反応混合物が約0.5〜約100重量%のシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシ ドを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7. シクロヘキサンの存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 8. 酸素の存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の方法。 9. 前記触媒がSiO2に担持された水酸化Nbまたは酸化Nbであることを特徴とす る請求項3に記載の方法。 10. 前記水酸化Nbまたは酸化Nbが前記触媒の約1〜約25重量%であることを特 徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11. 2級ヒドロペルオキシドを分解して、対応するアルコールおよびケトンを 含有する分解反応混合物を形成するための改善された方法であって、その改善が 、触媒量のZrおよびTiの水酸化物または酸化物からなる群から選ばれる不均一触 媒に2級ヒドロペルオキシドを接触させることにより該ヒドロペルオキシドを分 解する工程を含むことを特徴とする該方法。 12. 前記2級ヒドロペルオキシドがシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシドである ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13. 前記不均一触媒が、SiO2、Al2O3、炭素およびTiO2からなる群から選ばれ る触媒担体に担持されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 14. 分解反応温度が約80℃〜約170℃であり、かつ分解反応圧力が約69kPa〜約 2760kPaであることを特徴とする請求項11または13に記載の方法。 15. 前記反応圧力が約276kPa〜約1380kPaであることを特徴とする請求項14に 記載の方法。 16. 前記反応混合物が約0.5〜約100重量%のシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシ ドを含有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 17. シクロヘキサンの存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 18. 酸素の存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項11または13に記載の方法。
