Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.反射表面(11)を有する基体(10)を含む、最初の開口および/また は初期包装の一体保証を有する、下記を特徴とする包装もしくは包装補助物の形 態: 前記反射表面(11)の上には、化学式SiOx(式中、xは1.5〜2.0 の数を表す)の化合物を含む、もしくはこの化合物からなる1つ以上のセラミッ ク層(12,14,16)の単一もしくは複数の層が設けられ、各層は50〜2 000nm(ナノメーター)の厚さを有し、前記セラミック層(12)の表面も しくはセラミック層(12,14,16)の表面の少なくとも1つの上に、可視 光線に半透過性の反射層(13,15,17)が設けられ、前記層(13,15 ,17)は金属製であり、0.2〜60nm(ナノメーター)の厚さを有し、被 覆基体に当たる光が反射し、反射光が、それが観察される方向もしくは角度によ って異なる色として見られる。 2.前記反射表面(11)の上には、化学式SiOx(式中、xは1.5〜2 .0の数を表す)の化合物を含む、もしくはこの化合物からなる2つ以上のセラ ミック層(12,16)の複数の層が設けられ、各層は50〜2000nm(ナ ノメーター)の厚さを有し、前記セラミック層(12、16)の自由表面上に、 可視光線に半透過性で、金属製であり、0.2〜60nm(ナノメーター)の厚 さを有する反射層(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載 の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態。 3.前記反射表面(11)の上には、化学式SiOx(式中xは1.5〜2. 0の数を表す)を有する化合物を含む、もしくはこの化合物からなるセラミック 層(12)からなる複数の層が設けられ、各層は50〜2000nm(ナノメー ター)の厚さを有し、前記セラミック層(12)の自由表面上に、可視光線に半 透過性で、金属製であり、0.2〜60nm(ナノメーター)の厚さを有する反 射層(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしく は包装補助物の形態。 4.前記反射表面(11)の上面には、化学式SiOx(式中、xは1.5〜 2.0の数を表す)の化合物を含む、もしくはこの化合物からなる、50〜20 00nm(ナノメーター)の厚さのセラミック層(12、14)からなる2回反 復される複数の層が設けられ、前記SiOx層それぞれの自由表面の上面には、 金属製であり、可視光線範囲の電磁放射線に半透過性の、0.2〜60nm(ナ ノメーター)の厚さを有する反射層(13、15)が設けられていることを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態。 5.前記反射表面(11)が金属層を含むか、もしくは金属層からなり、前記 金属層が、好ましくはAl、Cr、Ni、AuもしくはAg、あるいはこれらの 混合物または合金を含む、もしくはこれらの混合物または合金からなることを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態。 6.前記基体(10)が単一層もしくは多層の物質であり、好ましくはホイル 形態の物質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物 の形態。 7.前記セラミック層(12,14,16)が、真空薄膜蒸着法で製造された 層であり、SiOxを含むか、もしくはSiOxからなり、前記セラミック層が好 ましくは、SiO2およびSiを含む混合物を真空で気化源から同時に気化させ ることにより製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装 補助物の形態。 8.第一セラミック層(12)が、反射表面(11)を完全に覆い、第二セラ ミック層、もしくは第二およびさらなるセラミック層(16)が、前記第一セラ ミック層を完全もしくは部分的に覆い、それによりパターンが形成されているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態。 9.前記半透過性の反射層(13,15,17)が、金属、すなわち、ステン レス鋼、Al、Cu、Ag、Au、および好ましくはCrを含む、もしくはこれ らの金属からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物 の形態。 10.好ましくは透明な印刷材料の画像が、1つ以上の色調の反射表面(11 )上に直接蒸着され、そのうちの1つか、いくつか、もしくはすべてが、視角に 応じて蒸着層の系により造られる色に相当し、特定の角度で包装もしくは包装補 助 物を目視する際、印刷画像の色および異なる層による反射光の色が同じであると 、印刷画像が観察者の視界から消えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装 もしくは包装補助物の形態。 11.1つ以上の印刷色の画像が、前記金属製半透過性反射層(13,15, 17)の自由側に蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装もしくは 包装補助物の形態。 12.請求項1に記載の、反射表面(11)を有する基体(10)を含む、最 初の開口もしくは初期包装の一体保証を有する、下記を特徴とする包装もしくは 包装補助物の形態を製造する方法: 少なくとも50〜2000nm厚さを有し、化学式SiOx(式中、xは1. 5〜2.0の数である)を有する化合物を含む、もしくはこの化合物からなるセ ラミック層が、気化すべき物質として二酸化珪素(SiO2)および金属珪素を 真空で同時に気化することにより、真空薄膜蒸着法を用いて反射表面(11)に 蒸着される。 13.さらに、有用にはAl2O3、B2O3および/またはMgOが、SiO2 に対して50モル%以下、好ましくは少なくとも5モル%、有用には30モル% 以下の量で、気化すべき物質に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載 の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 14.さらに有用にAl、Bおよび/またはMgが、SiO2に対して50モ ル%以下、有利には少なくとも5モル%、有用には30モル%以下の量で、気化 すべき物質に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の包装もしくは包 装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 15.Siの量に対する酸素含有化合物SiO2の量比が、気化物質中の純酸 素に対して化学量論的に10〜30%の酸素の不足を示すことを特徴とする、請 求項12に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 16.金属もしくは半金属Si、Al、BおよびMgに対する酸素含有化合物 SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3およびMgOの量比が、気化物質中の純酸化物の総 量に対して化学量論的に10〜30%の酸素の不足を示すことを特徴とする、請 求項13に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 17.可視光線に半透過性である反射層が、セラミック層(単数または複数) 上に蒸着されており、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル、アルミニウム、銅、金および好 ましくはクロム、あるいはこれらの混合物または合金を含む、もしくはこれらの 混合物または合金からなる前記反射層が、これらの金属を含むターゲットをスパ ッタリングすることにより蒸着されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の包 装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 18.好ましくは透明な印刷材料の画像が、1つ以上の色調で前記反射表面上 に直接蒸着されており、これらの色調の1つか、いくつか、もしくはすべてが、 視角に応じて蒸着層の系により造られる色に相当し、特定の角度で包装もしくは 包装補助物を目視する際、画像の色および異なる層による反射光の色が同じであ ると、画像が観察者の視界から消えることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の包 装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 19.被覆工程が連続的に実施され、基体が第一のチャンバーでセラミック層 を得、スリット型のゲートを通過し、さらに金属層がスパッタリングにより蒸着 されるチャンバーに入ることを特徴とする、請求項12および17に記載の包装 もしくは包装補助物の形態を製造する方法。 20.基体、特に金属ホイルを含む基体が、層を蒸着する前または後に型押さ れることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態を製 造する方法。 21.基体、特に金属ホイルを含む基体が、型押されることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の包装もしくは包装補助物の形態。
